Epilogue
I looked into the boy's dark, black eyes. I had learned to control my visions with this boy. Alex.
Alex, who was a class mate, and he sat next to me in English class. My back itched where the gem was, my lower back.
It was weird, but what was even more awkward was the swirls that have grown on my back. I had no idea why, but I was always afraid to tell anyone. But Alex, he had this thing to him. He made me trust him. I don't know, it was like I was being pulled to him, like when a proton pulls an electron--just like I had learned in science class. I think it was his relationship with me, or his soft soothing voice--that assured you that whatever you'd say, that it wouldn't critize you, or say anything bad--or maybe it was how he listened to everything I said, every bit of detail, or maybe it was just him.
I told him.
Now I lay in a room. Not happy but scared, fearful, petrified, and confused. He had told me that we would stop by his house and get a snack before we went to the mall. He had tricked me.
The room was colorful. Like an art exhibit, it had many canvasas of different things. Nature, sunset, city scapes, and...a girl. She stood out. She was quite built for a girl; She had brown mediocore length hair and eyes. She sat on grass and was reading a book. The girl was special, the way she was colored and the background was just black and white. The girl was the main thing in the picture.
I'm not some crazy art person but I felt it. The picture attracted me in a way like no other. A creepy way. And it wasn't a nice feeling.
I was sitting on a chair-- tied up.
I looked down to see Alex's hand fumbling through a drawer. What could he be looking for now!?
"What are you doing!? What's going to happen to me?" I yelled. He slowly turned his head to me. He pulled out a sharp blade. I saw the shimmering glow of the knife and I almost threw up.
"Got a hint?" he laughed. My stomach dropped.
"What! You're gonna kill me!?" I wiggled in my chair, even though I knew it would be useless.
"What else?" he said sarcastically. He was going to do it! That crazy boy! That idiot!
"You maniac! You'll go to jail! I'll die that way!"
"Duh you'll die, but no, I will not go to jail." he said softly as he touched the peak of the blade. "Do you have any idea how much times I've done this? And yet I'm still here!" he chuckled and chills were sent down my whole body and I shivered.
I saw a bead of blood trickle out of his finger. Damn, it's so freaking sharp!
"What do you mean!? The police will catch you!"I screamed trying to convince myself that it was true--even though I somehow knew that it was a lie--everything was a lie--he was a lie. I shook a little more, realizing that this may be one of my last minutes to live. "Let me go!" I screamed again. I was squirming in my seat but I knew it was no use. I had to try--to live.
He just stood there laughing.
"Police can't see anything, nor can anyone, but you. They're all blind. You're special." He started walking toward me. I was started to get more frantic.
"I don't understand! What do you mean." I looked up at him with my red eyes. "I'm special?"
"No time for questions." he said, but I quickly continued.

Paranormal........"There! Now let me lo-" he stopped. And when I turned to look at him he stared at me with eyes as wide as watermelons. He saw it I thought. He saw it. I felt my eyes water. Why did I take of the jacket! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! How could...
