Part 4/ The Unwanted Visit

     The next day a unwanted guest came to the door, Jake. I opened the door and when I saw him I tried to close the door but he stopped me. "Sydney, just let me expl-" "Don't you think you've explained enough?!" I tried to close the door and again he stopped it. "What do you want." He took a second and looked at me again. "I'm sorry.." At that moment I was frozen in my thoughts. "W- Why?" He looked at me confused. "Why what?" I look at him crying. "Why did you cheat?!" Nick grabbed my shoulder, "Who is this?" "Jake" Nick pushed Jake and closed the door, he hugged me and I sat down on the couch, "Are you okay?" He grabs my hand and I full on blush, he chuckles. "What?" I said snuffling, "Your blushing." I laughed with him. I turn to him and he looks at me with dark brown eyes when he looks in my ocean blue eyes. He gets closer and I just stay still. "What are you guys doing?" I scream and fall back as August was starring at us. "AUGUST!" "What?" I die of laughter on the floor and soon Nick and August joined. When August left I walked in my room and jumped on my bed, surprisingly I had a text from Nick.

N~ Hey

S~ Why are you texting me are rooms are beside each other's.

N~ Because I don't feel like one of them walking in on us almost "kissing."

S~ Why did you put kissing in quotations?

N~ Meet me outside

I go outside and see Nick. He turns around me again looking in his brown eyes. I can feel my cheeks warming up again meaning I'm blushing. Then all the sudden he kissed me, I was frozen until I kissed back. "What was that for?" He chuckled. "Well since August interrupted it earlier I felt like you owed me a kiss?" I look at him. "Excuse me I do not owe you a kiss!" We both laughed, he grabbed my hand and when we walk in and August screamed, "OMG!" "AUGUST!" I chased after him. "Ahhh Nick control her!" "I don't control her." He laughed and watched as I hit him with a rubber chicken. Nick started laughing.
