"Hey, Caitlin?" You walk into her office. "Please, leave me alone." You can tell by her tone that she's upset-- shocker. "Caitlin, it's ok, listen," "No it's not!" She yells standing up. "I could've killed all of you back there, ok? You're lucky you're alive!" She turns her back on you. "Caitlin, I know that that was scary and traumatic for you. I understand! It's hard!" It's very hard to placate her when you know that she can turn into an evil ice queen in a matter of seconds. "You don't understand! You don't turn into an absolute insane maniac when you use your powers! I do!" You sigh. "My sister had Dissociative Identity Disorder. I know how this works. It's okay. You can talk to me. I know you're afraid and you don't want to tell anyone, but you can always come to me. I'm like a human diary." You twist your hand over your heart like a keyhole. Caitlin's face breaks into a small smile and chuckles. "Thanks."
