she said sorry for being rude!!! She smiled..... Wow..... I guess I am finally her friend... Huff.... It was a very tough task..... Well let me just confirm.... That is she really my friend now....
I forwarded my hand and asked 'friends??'......
To my shock she shook hand with me and said by smiling a little....
' yes.. Friends!! '...
I was the happiest person on this planet right now I was on cloud 9....
Then after sometime I went out....
Then Aditya came towards me forwarding 1000 bucks....
Aditya - you win the bet again!! Here you go.....
Kartik (not taking the money) - I don't want this Aditya...!! As I told you before I am not doing this for the bet.... I am just doing it coz I want to do!!
I then went to home and rushed to my mom..... Screaming in joy...!!!
Kartik(very excited) - mom... mom.. mom..... Yayyyyyyy......
Suvarna - wow wow wow calm down Kartik..... what happened??
Kartik - I am the happiest person on earth..... Do you know what happened today....
Before I could say anything.... My mom said....
Suvarna - naira ate the tiffin right???
Kartik (shocked) - whattt.... How did you come to know????
Suvarna (pulling Kartik's cheek) - well I am your mom.....!!
Kartik - I am sooo happy mom.... Soo soo happy...!!
The next day...
I again went towards naira and gave her the tiffin to which she smiled warmly.......
She came towards me...!! And ahaa do not forget she was smiling!!
Naira (smiling) - thank you soo much Kartik..... For always getting a tiffin for me... But there is actually no need of it as I bring my own tiffin....
Kartik - the one which is packed by your hostel...??
Naira - ummm..... Yeah...!!
She then left not wanting to continue the conversation further.... I kept the tiffin I got for her under her desk as usual....
Skip to lunch.....
I went towards her....
Kartik - naira can I please join you??
Naira - yaa sure... Please come....
We ate our lunch together and talked random stuffs like our likes and dislikes...... Everyone were just staring at us like we are aliens..... OK not us but me..... They were staring at me as if I am a ghost or an alien.....
Now having lunch together became our routine...... Naira only used to talk to me in the whole class.....she was still rude and arrogant towards others..... I still couldn't understand why..... Why was she like that?? She was not on any social media..... She hated taking selfies..... She never talked about her family..... I used to notice how engrossed she used to become when I used to tell her about my family.......she liked listening about my family but hated talking about hers....!! I wonder why!!
Now the next the our vacations were gonna start.....
Kartik - heyy naira.... Aren't you going to visit your parents??..... I am sure they would be missing you!!
Naira looked highly uncomfortable while talking about this soo she quickly changed the topic.....
Naira - arghh Kartik.... I just remembered I have to go somewhere.... Byee will catch up with you later.....
She quickly went from there......
I really don't know what happens to her when I talk about her family!!
