The chapter starts with Kartik sitting on the bed and reading a magazine......
Naira comes back to her room and smiles looking at him..... He too retreats the smile back....
Kartik - so how was your talk with mom.... (vaah trying to be soo innocent)
Naira - it was good.... Sorry for leaving you alone.....
Kartik - ohh come on you don't need to be sorry for that......
Naira - hmm... Kartik??...
Kartik - yes naira....
Naira - I am feeling very bored......can we play some game?
Kartik (smiling) - which game do you want to play??
Naira (excitedly) - let's play hide and seek....
Kartik started laughing listening to her.....
Naira (pouting) - why are you laughing??
Kartik (still laughing) - how will we play hide and seek over here?? It's just 2 of us and we don't have enough space to play hide and seek...!!
Naira (angrily turning away) - you are saying this because you don't want to play with me.....
Kartik came towards her and smiled...... He then held her hand and both felt like a current passing through them..... He immediately took his hand away and just smiled looking at her.....
Kartik (smiling) - I'll do whatever makes my wifey happy...!!.. So why won't I play hide and seek with you.....
(plzz someone get me someone like him 😭😭😍😍)
Naira (excitedly) - so that means you are playing...!!...
Kartik(being happy seeing her smile) - yes..... let's play!!
Naira (being very happy) - ohk... So as we are just 2..... The seeker would tie a cloth on his eyes so that he can't see anything...... And I hate being the seeker..... So u be the seeker....
Saying this she took a piece of cloth and tied around his eyes.....!!....
He just smiled seeing her childishness.....
She then told him to count till 100....
1...2...3...5............87......92.....99...100..
He finished counting....
Kartik - naira are you ready????
Naira - yesssss.....
Kartik being blindfolded.... Tried finding naira.... He was following the sound of her giggles and bangles....
Naira (with childish grin) - see u would not be able to find me!!!
Kartik (with equal childish grin) - the game isn't over yet!!
Saying this he finally caught her hand and pulled her.....and she threw something on him.... It was soft and the fragrance of that was soo good.... He immediately made out that it was flower petals which were kept on the side table for decoration......
He smiled and just then naira whispered something in his ears which made him shocked, happy, or I guess I should say veryyyyyyy happy.....
She whispered....
Naira (whispering in his ears) - I love you...!!
Then both fell on the bed because of lost in balance.... Naira was on his arms....
He slowly removed his blindfold and looked into her eyes...... They had a small eye lock...... Both were lost into each other..... Both could find the same love in the others eyes which they felt for them.....a small blush crept on both of their cheeks and naira lowered her eyes blushing even more.....
That night they slept in the same position hugging each other and feeling content......
The next morning Kartik woke up first but acted like he was still sleeping as he felt naira waking up too.....
Naira woke up and saw Kartik sleeping with a smile on his face....
She ruffled his hair and kissed on his forehead......
She then kept her head on his chest and started talking to him.....
Naira - thank you Kartik..... Thank you very much..... Thank you for making me believe in love thank you for making me believe in marriage..... In just these few days I have started loving calling myself as ur wife and calling you as my husband...... I loved you from the start but never had guts to accept my feelings...... Thank you for understanding me.....thank you for giving me priority.....and making me feel soo special...... Thank you for making me live my childhood..... Something which I have never done in my life....... I just love you.... I love you soo much.....
Saying this she got up and ordered coffee and breakfast for both of them...... Kartik was soo happy listening to her confession.....
He then acted to wake up.....
Kartik (stretching his arms) - Good morning !!!
Naira (smiling) - good morning....
They had their breakfast and then again went out to explore Mauritius it was their last day over there....
Before going they consummated their marriage....... 🙈.....
(plzz don't ask me to write that now.... Plzz let it stay simple and sweet)
They then went back home.... Carrying a bundle of memories of happiness and togetherness....
