Unfaithful

"Where u at?" She asked

"I'm at the PD right now."

"What happened?"

"I'll tell you later. I will be intreviewed" I said as two cops came close to me and took me to their interview desk and asked me a lot of questions.
I told him everything, from the time Sky came in our house crying until the time that we went out of her apartment and went to the police to report crimes and abuse.

Then later, a group of men and women came to the police office with the cops. They were using drugs and other things to waste the night on. Ripley was there, afraid like a crumpled man.

"Folks, look into these guys if the ones you're reporting is here"

Sky then pointed the man with a wrench and a gun on his pants and the cops took them to the jail. They were filled with possession of drugs but for Ripley, extra charges like possesion of dangerous drugs, possession of firearm and abuse was filled againts him. He was jailed. No possible bail.

We left the police office after we filled the cases. Sky was quiet and looks so afraid of things around her. I took her to the hospital to treat her other wounds. She was covered with bandages and band-aids.

After then I drove her to the nearest fast food. I ordered her favorite food and let her eat what she wants. I watched her eat as my mind says though she's scarred, she's still beautiful. I smirked but I suddenly heard my phone ring so I checked. It was Emma who calls several times. I answered it with calmness.

"Emma?"

"Spence, I was so worried about you. Are you okay now?"

"I am. I am totally fine"

"Is Eva fine? How's little Harper?"

"I haven't heard anything from them. Harper didn't called yet"

"Update me okay? I am so excited to be his future Aunt"

"I will, as soon as he calls me so"

"Hhhm, Spencer, can we meet tomorrow? I have something to tell you"

"Ah..Sure. It's okay for me. What time?"

"Nine in the morning"

"Okay, I'll go."

I heard she yawned so hard so I suppose she is already sleepy.

"Are you already sleepy? You can go to sleep now"

"Yeah. Probably. I'll go, I have to write on my diary"

"Okay. Bye babe"

"Bye Krabby"

I ended the call. It was a bit awkward saying babe to my girl in front of my ex-girlfriend. She smiled at me. With her hands trembling, she removed my eyeglasses. I can't seem to see things clearly but it's okay.

"You are still the best man I've seen. I know you have a pure heart and a bliss of understanding."

I smiled at her. No words can explain what I feel right now. For once in my life, I felt blessed with good people around me. No wonder, I can do things through Him who gives me strength.

She's done eating. We went home but honestly, I don't know where to take her.

"Do you have a relative nearby? Maybe it is safer for you to stay ther for a while" I asked her
