Emberly's POV
"Nerd!" Someone yelled down the hallway, I rolled my eyes. Like I haven't heard that one before.
Honestly I considered myself a nerd so it didn't really bother me, and I looked like one too. I dont think the big, round, black rimmed glasses helped my apperance. Being the new nerdy girl wasn't easy, but I was used to it now. This had been my fourth new school in the past year, not counting the one I went to for two days, an all girls school was just way to much drama and bickering for me.
I didn't exactly have a 'perfect' family. One over protective older brother and a basically nuts mother. The odd day she'd actually act normal but when it wasn't one of those days I mostly hid in my room.
I turned the corner, looking at the row of blue lockers as I walked down, trying to find mine.
'56, 57, 58' I walked two more steps and smiled in relief looking at my 'own' locker.
'59' I told myself fiddling with the lock. Trying to get the combination right, finally it clicked, unlocking.
I pulled it opened and looked at my schedule the girl at the desk had given me, my first class was English. I smiled, English was probally my favourite class. Grabbing two different books from my locker, I pushed it shut and stacked the two books on my arms. They were tall and me being only 5'1 I struggled to see over them.
My body collided with someone else's and I fell to the ground on my ass. My books went flying out of my hands and to the ground, ok well that hurt. Surprisingly my glasses didn't fall off my face, flustered I blinked a couple of times before focusing on the body I bumped into.
"Sorry" I muttered quietly, my face red. Everyone in the hallway was looking at me quietly, there eyes focused on me. I looked at the face, the first thing I noticed was his hair.
Ok yes, I know. The hair. But hair can tell a lot about a person.
And this guy had a fuck boy hair cut. I started to focus on the rest of him. His eyes were a vibrent blue and his lips soft pink. He looked at me his face scrunched up with anger. I could already tell he was gonna kill me.
Great. Just great.
I reached behind me, gathering my books I picked myself up and started running down the hallway trying to find my class. I finally turned into the class that had labeled in golden carved numbers.
'104' I took a seat at the very back of the classroom and set my books down on the table. Whispers and dirty looks were flashed at me even before class started. A girl with long blonde hair came and sat to the desk next to me and turned her head my way.
'Ugh' I thought to myself, not wanting to deal with anyone else.
"Hi, I'm Amy! Nice to meat you, I heard you bumped into Alex Park today!" She said enthusiastically, I hated these kinds of people, I looked over at her and she opened her mouth again.
"I'm surprised he didn't rip your head off. He owns this school." Amy muttered, her face surprised with one eyebrow raised.
"This is gonna be great!" I muttered to her, my words laced with sarcasm. I started to feel my jean pockets, trying to find my phone. I began to panic and knew I had dropped it when I fell. Now a random dude 'who ruled the school' had my phone.
I sighed internally because I already knew what would happen if I said it aloud, and I rather not experience anything else bad today. A teacher wrote his name on the chalk board and began blabbering about Shakespeare, and I honestly rather not listen today.

I walked down the hall towards the doors. Class was finally over and I still didn't have my phone, I already asked the secretary but she said nothing was turned in today. Thankfully we moved into a house a block away so it wasn't that far away. I desided to walk because usually all I did was sit at home and read.
