Emberly's POV

I groaned again as the car started to move, my head still pounding. I put my head in my hands and we drove in silence, I didn't want to talk to him, or look at him, or be near him. I wanted to be as far away as possible.

The car slowed to a stop and I unbuckled my seat belt. I rolled out of the car and towards the front door, opened it and stumbled upstairs. All I was willing to do today was eat and watch Netflix, nothing else. I opened my bedroom door and flopped onto the air mattress, I fell right to the ground, smacking my arm off the ground.

"Fuck!" I sat there on it, to tired to pump it up. I decided that the floor was comfier.

Alex was standing at the door with a grin. I looked away and curled up into a ball, if my brother knew he was here he would kill me, not him. I looked at him and frowned, pulling out my phone I started to check messages. All were from Amy.

'Ember, where the fuck did you go?!'

'I'm going home its been 3 hours since I texted.'

'Hope you're ok, luv u'

I put down my phone, deciding I would just answer later. I looked at Alex, holding my head. It felt like I was going to puke.

"What do you want?" I asked him, frowning. I hoped that he wouldn't say the same thing. It really annoyed me that he wouldn't give me a logical answer.

"Your brother isn't home today and ethier is your mom, do you want me to stay? I can get you food." He smiled and I rolled my eyes, food sounded really good.

I nodded my head and he disappeared downstairs, I prayed it was to go and get food because right now I could eat a whole pizza. Mmmmm pizza, pizza sounds soooooo good.

"Pizza!" I shouted, he walked back upstairs and I smiled sweetly.

"You're lucky you're cute, I ordered a pizza."

"I am not cute and thank you, I love pizza!" I started to ramble on about pizza and other random things, just at the top of my mind. He sat down beside me, laughing and smiling.

"Ok I'm just saying, pizza is wayyyyyy better than taco's" I ended with a big breath as the door bell rang, Alex stood up and went downstairs. I could already taste the pizza. Alex came back up with the pizza and opened the lid, he looked sheepishly down at his shoes and I smiled.

"Awe look at you trying to be all cute!" I took the pizza box and took a slice, I could get used to pizza from him. His cheeks were red which made him look even cuter. 

'Emberly Jane!' I scolded myself, I can't think like that after him doing that to my brother.

I grabbed my laptop and opened it up onto Netflix, typing in a password quickly I looked at Alex who was munching on a slice of pizza. Pizza sauce was at the corner of his lip.

'I could totally ju-'

I stopped the thought before it could go any further, I was not about to continue the thought, nope.

"What you wanna watch?" She asked looking back at the computer, he hesitated for a moment and took another bite of his pizza.

"How about, ummmmm, Finding Nemo!"

I laughed and typed in Finding Nemo, tapping on it I selected 'play' and turned onto my side with a slice of pizza. I guessed his "bad boy"act was down. Laying my head on my arm I watched intently, feeling a body press against mine I turned my head around and came face to face with Alex.Our heads inches away, I smirked a bit and rolled my eyes. He pulled back and draped his arm on my waist, pulling me closer to his chest. I didn't refuse, I just smiled and leaned my head on his chest. I continued to watch the movie, I used to watch Finding Nemo when I was a child. Alex kissed my head softly, I tried to refuse the urge to kiss him.
