Riley and Noah woke up about about a hour later they had both been so tried from all the fighting and yelling. They sat there just staring into each other's eyes. Until there was a knock on the door. "Come in" Riley said. Dan walked in his head held low his shoulders slumped. "Hey dad what do you need?" Riley asked slowly not knowing what her father was about to do. "I-I just came to say I'm sorry your mother yelled at me for how I reacted but I mean your my baby girl my only child and I love you so much and you" Riley's dad said pointing to Noah. "Are my best friend since forever and I love you too this is just weird I mean your old enough to be her father and I over reacted but I mean how would you have reacted?" Riley's dad asked Noah. "I guess kinda the same way you did." "Yah so I just wanted to say I'm sorry and that I hope you guys forgive me"
Time laps back about 20 minute's.
"Daniel James!" Riley's mom yelled at her dad. "What it's wrong them being together was I that much of a sucky dad that she has daddy issues!?!" He yelled at his wife. "That was uncalled for and you know it they love each other I can see it on there eyes" Riley's mom said. "It's wrong he is old enough to be her father you don't think that's wrong!" "I do but I can't judge love they make each other happy I haven't seen Noah this happy since forever cant you see he is finally happy he is your best friend for gods sake." Riley's mom said. "No that is not my best friend,  my best friend wouldn't have slept with my daughter.  My best friend would never sneak around and lie to me about something. My best friend doesn't fall in 'love' if that's even what you call it it's puppy love is what it is so no he is not my best friend." "Daniel take that back that man is your best friend he helped you through your drug addiction your suicidal thought when your mom died when you were fired from your job and had no place to go who let you stay with them?  Oh that's right Noah did so get your ass up stairs and apologize to them now before you have me to deal with!" Riley's mom said yelling at daniel."okay okay I will apologize but I won't like it" Dan said like a child walking up the stairs. As he was walking he got to thinking maybe she is right maybe he is perfect for my daughter he still didn't like it tho as he knocked on Riley's door "come in" Riley said and Dan opened the door. Back to present.
Dan walked out Riley's room. "As much as I want to stay here with you I got to get to work babe" "Ugh fine go before I change my mind" Riley said leaning into kiss Noah before he walked to her door. "Bye love you" Noah said. "Bye is forever see you later love you." With that Noah walked out the door and was about to leave when Dan stopped him. "We need to talk my office now" Dan said not smiling. Oh god Noah thought to himself he was a little scared he was already beaten and bruised up he really didn't want more but he reluctantly followed Dan into his office.
