They had moved me to a new room earlier this morning and now they were taking me to my first lunch in the Cafeteria, I was surprised I was one of the ones getting out of isolation. Honestly, I didn't deserve it.

I walked through the line and got what looked like dry string green beans and old bbq chicken, then went to sit down. I chose a seat off to itself since I preferred not to talk to anyone, the only person I wanted to talk to was Cindy. I had to apologize for getting her thrown in here but, I hadn't seen her since night we got brought in.

I felt people staring at me and even heard some of them whispering to one another, probably wondering who I was or why I was locked up in here.

A lot of the people in the cafeteria looked wild, One man by the name of Waylon Jones was even covered in Crocodile scales and had huge pointy reptile teeth. He scared me....They fed him raw lamb and kept him chained up really good.

For a drink I got water, it wasn't my favorite but it was better then the juices they handed out here at Arkham. Arkham wasn't big on keeping their patients happy, they even abused a few.

I finished my food and sat back, surveying my surroundings. I felt an actual smile come to my face when I saw the guards bring in a familiar blonde, she looked the same but there was some changes....Cindy's once well kept hair was now tangled up and her eyes had dark bags under them.

Cindy would never wanna be seen out of the house like that, this place must have really been getting to her.

I watched as they pushed her through the lunch line, her fighting with them occasionally. Once she was through the line and had a plate, she looked around for a place to sit. Her eyes met mine and she smiled softly, walking over. Cindy sat in-front of me and took my hands in hers "Long time no see, Big sis." She grinned and I nodded returning a smile.

"Am I not gonna get a hello?" Cindy chuckled and I shrugged. Honestly, I wasn't sure how my voice was gonna come out.

"H-How have you been?" I asked in a low tone, it sounded rough but I didn't care.

"I've been well....I suppose." Cindy Chuckled "And you, how have you been?"

I shrugged softly and looked down, how could she be laughing in this place.... "I've been Lonely."

Cindy nodded agreement and started to eat her lunch, disgust coming to her face when she bit into the so called bbq chicken.

"Does it taste bad?" I said with a small giggle, before taking another drink of my water.

She nodded "taste like crap. Have you talked to anyone yet?"

I shook my head "this is the first time I've talked since we got put in here....have you talked to anyone?"

"Multiple Therapists, And a few of the inmates I have met at group therapy sessions. It's not so bad here if you have friends, you need to learn to talk more!!!" She exclaimed.

I shook my head "I ain't talking to anyone I don't want to talk to. What all have you told your therapist about THAT night?"

Cindy shrugged "I told them the truth, That's it. I mean, they know we did it so why hide it...We need to embrace it!" Then she leaned closer and whispered "plus you can't say you wouldn't do it again....It has a nice adrenaline rush to it. Ya know?"

I grinned softly "I wouldn't kill for fun but....If it came down to protecting you, Darcy or myself, I would."

She rolled her eyes at me "I wonder what Darcy thinks of us now?"

"She probably can not believe we did what we did....."

"Yeah, She probably is terrified of us now." She giggled

Before I got the chance to respond to her, a male with brown hair and blue eyes joined us. He shot a smile my way then looked at Cindy "Hello again, Miss Ward." His voice calming and soothing.

Cindy smiled "Hello, Crane. I'd like you to meet my sister, Celeste." She said signaling my way.

The Crane guy looked at me again and grinned softly "Nice to meet you, Celeste. My name is Jonathan Crane."

I nodded and looked away from the guy, which caused Cindy to let out a laugh. "Sorry about her ,Jonathan. She isn't much of a talker."

I glanced at Jonathan to see him smiling "it's alright, Cindy. This place makes some people that way, for instance the new girl they brought into here yesterday... May I ask you something, Celeste?"

I turned to face him again and softly nodded, studying him curiously.

He seemed to be studying me also, "What do you fear?"

I shrugged slightly and Cindy hit Jonathan's leg "Don't you even think about it Mister!"

Jonathan chuckled and got back up "I wasn't going to....I was just curious."

The lunch bell rang and my guards came and got me to take me to what they called recess. Once outside a smile reached my face again, it had been ages since I'd been out and the air felt good against my face.

I scanned the court yard for somewhere to sit and finally decided on a bench, once sat down I watched all the groups huddled. Cindy was with one group which didn't surprise me, she made friends easily unlike myself. She saw me looking and tried to wave me over there but I looked away.

Recess ended quickly and soon I was back in my new room. I liked it better in here, it was somewhat cozier but still it wasn't really what you'd call cozy. It was just better then the other. I laid back on my bed and shut my eyes, soon falling asleep.
