ArcherAfter the guys left, I continued practicing with some others that wanted to improve just as much as I did. After an hour, I decided I needed to keep my promise to the guys and Isabella. And I was really pooped.
"I'm gonna go home, Thomas. I'll see you tomorrow."
Tomas smiled. "About time. I admire that you work so hard, but you look like you could really use a nap."
I laughed. "Yeah. I really could use a nap."
Just like yesterday, I was tired, hungry, dirty, and hadn't used the bathroom since before I left the house this morning. I was stupid and thought I could hold it until I got home, but by the time I got there, I was leaking. I knew I wasn't going to make it into the house. I stared at a bush that looked really convenient.
When I got inside, Isabella was sitting at the table in the kitchen, making herself a sandwich. When she saw me, her eyes narrowed and she gave a look of disappointment. I hated that look.
Isabella
"I'm sorry, Issy. I just wanted to get a little more practice in."
"Did you take any breaks?" I asked as I continued making the sandwich. Archer didn't answer and I sighed. "Well then, you must be bursting. Go pee, shower, and I'll make you a sandwich."
"Um... I already took care of the bathroom situation."
I looked up at him, my eyebrow arched. "Do I even want to know?"
Archer looked back at the bush through the window to my mother's favorite blue rose bush. "Nope."
"Oh Archer, you didn't!" I scolded. "My mom's rose bush? Really?"
Archer bit his lip. "I wasn't gonna make it."
"My mother will kill you!"
"I'm sorry. Please, don't tell. I really wasn't gonna make it!"
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, disappointed as well as completely disgusted. "Just go, Archer. We'll discuss this after you don't smell like SpongeBob's sundae special."
Archer laughed, but stopped when I glared at him. "Okay..." And he went upstairs.
While Archer was in the shower, I made him a turkey and cheese sandwich along with my own. When he came down, he sat in the chair beside me.
"This is m-mine?"
I nodded and took a bite from my sandwich. Archer seemed really nervous, and it prevented me from scolding him any further. There was a momentary silence where he was watching me carefully as he ate his sandwich, as to see if I was still upset with him. I pretended I didn't know he was staring at me.
