Wonderland, 9 PM...

"Maddie." Mason said while trying to wake his sister up.

Maddie groned, and said almost inaudible. "Bud iz a Sadurday."

"C'mon can't I wake you up peacefully for once." Mason said to the still half asleep Maddie. She didn't wake up. "Fine, you asked for this."

He walked out of the room. Grabbed a bucket of water from down stairs. And walked back to their room. He was about to dump the bucket of water on Maddie when Whitney came into the room after brushing her teeth.

"Mason! What the Hell!" She whisper-shouted, as to not wake Maddie up. "You do know that there are other ways to wake people up?"

"Yes, but I've tried everything." Mason said.

"Fine, but you're digging your own grave." Whitney said, seriously.

"Stop exaggerating, Wit." Mason replied.

"It was nice knowing you." She said, while saluting him. "You shall fight valiantly." Then walked away.

Mason scoffed and dumped the bucket on his sister anyway.

"Who in the Jabberwocky's buttcrack dumped water on me?!!!!!!!!" Maddie asked completely irritated, already knowing the answer.

Her eyes landed on Mason, who was now backing away slowly.

"Oh, Crap....uh........10 seconds head start?" Mason asked, laughing nervously.

"Run. Now." Was all she said, while Mason sprinted down the stairs.

"WHITNEY HELP ME!!!" he shouted in a girlish voice.

"You've brought this upon yourself, young Hatter." Whitney said, sipping her tea while reading a book, tucking her silver-colored hair behind her ear.

"Oh, c'mon, Whitney." Mason whined.

"You should've known better than to wake the sleeping beast that is Maddie." She said once again.

"Are you always this deep in the morning?"

Whitney just shrugged.

"Just, don't tell her where I went." Mason said, running out of the back door.

Whitney started counting. "3... 2... 1..." Then, as if on cue, Maddie ran down the stairs.

"Where the bloody hell is Mason?!" Maddie asked, her face as red as her bloodred hair.

"He went out there." She answered, pointing to the back door.

"Hey Wit, can you get me a—"

"bucket of water?" Whitney cut her off, handing the redhead a bucket of water.

"How did you—?"

"know what you were gonna say?" She cut her off again. "Mads, being your best friend since birth has its perks. I know what you're thinking before you do." Whitney said, raising her brow.

Maddie's mouth was wide open.
"And now you're gonna close your mouth, sprint out the back door, run after Mason, and dump this bucket of water on his stubborn head." Whitney predicted again.

"Holy Rabbitholes, Whitney that was my whole plan." Maddie said, almost forgetting her anger. Keyword 'almost'. "And that's why I love you."

"I love you too, Mads." Whitney replied, Maddie was like an annoying, but fun little sister to her.

"Gotta go now, he couldn't have gone too far." Maddie said, sprinting out the back door.

Whitney just chuckled, returning to her book.
