I freeze. I have never been in these type of situations where I hear a scream and supposed to act like a superhero! For gods sake! I was stuck in a mansion for my whole life! The only bad thing I have ever come across is when I stole some cookies, and one of the butlers tried taking them back by threatening me by sucking my blood! Of course, my super step daddy-o killed him. Yeah, whoops.
I slowly turn my head to Zero and realize, he is not there anymore! He is probably going after where the scream came from! Why would he leave me alone, I don't have ugly powers! Worst part is, step daddy-o didn't even give me any protection equipment. Doesn't even realize I am human! Ugh.
I start walking, really slowly I must say. Trying to figure out where the scream came from. But all I see is trees and dirt. I didn't want to say anything out loud, because whatever made the girl scream obviously is still out there and oh man what if IT can hear me? Zero planned this all out huh, he is trying to kill me!
I shake my head at my stupid thoughts and keep on walking. All of a sudden I hear a scream again, and literally that me me run for my life. Just don't even know where I am going, but keep on going straight!
I freeze again, this time because I knew someone was behind me. I gulp, and I swear I bet the whole world heard my gulp.
I slowly turn around, and face a face. Just not any face, a face that was badly beaten up. A face that was bleeding from their eyes. I couldn't breathe. All I could stare at was the face, I didn't dare look down.
The person in front of me smiles, it wasn't one of those smiles where it makes you all feel warmy inside. No. This smiles made me want to crap my pants.
The person gets closer to me and I was still frozen, the person says, "Don't move."
Oh yes sir, I won't move because I can't move for some damn reason. I had to think, but I couldn't. I knew this was one of those idiotic vampires, not from night class. This one is from town.
How did he get in? or maybe she? I can't really tell.
I had a plan.
I slowly raise my hands, "Do you crave something right now?"
The vampire raises his head and smiles, "Your blood"
I nod, "Thought so. But, if you kill me then you won't find out what I am capable to give you."
He shakes his head, "No, you can't give me anything. You're human."
I smile, "Fine, go ahead. Do your thing, chop my head off, drink all my blood. Wait don't chop my head off, I want to be in one piece when they are putting me in my golden grave."
He drops his smile, "What is your gift, what is that that is worth more than what I crave all the time?"
I tilt my head, "Sorry man, deal is over. Go, drink my blood."
I was really stupid to do this, I kinda am having a bit of fun. When I am, there is nothing that can stop me.
He snarls, grabs my arm and pushes it behind my back which made me bite my lip in pain.
He slowly breathes into my ear, "Tell me"
I smirk and push back and step on his foot. Making him loose his balance and fall. Then I get the nearest stick I could find and I stab it right through his right thigh. He screams in pain, which made me smile. Ha! I am a human and I made a filthy vampire scream.
I grab the stick again and push it even farther into his thigh, making sure the stick goes right through his thigh and the ground. He screams again and tries to take the stick out, he can't of course, he is weak, he needs blood.
I sit down beside his torso, and I scratch my wrist with a small rock beside me. It starts to bleed and I see the vampires eyes turning. He was hungry, and I was making him even worse.
I smirk and put my wrist near his face, "You wanted some of this right?"
He snarls and sits up, trying to reach for me. I start laughing, "You can't touch me you lousy piece of-"
"-ENOUGH!"
Well, well, Guess who decides to show up.
