Phan One-Shots

You are my Sunshine.

"Quick Dan up here!" Phil shouted opening a door to a flight of stairs. "Hurry!" He said again running up the stairs, Dan close behind. An outbreak had happened about 3 months back it was a virus that acted the way you see in zombie films. Dan and Phil where trying to get supplies because they ran out of food but unforchatly found themselves running to the top floor of an office building surrounded by zombies. Phil bursed open two metal doors, he lifted his arms to cover his eyes because the sun was bright and beaming down on them."Phil look there are some wooden planks let's block up the door!" Dan said running to a pile of wooden planks they managed to get two squeezed into the handles and piled the rest in front of the doors. They both slowly walked around looking at the vast city that they have spend the last half a decade or more living in. Both of them walked over to the edge taking in the beautiful sight. From above you could see the quite roads that once were busy, the houses, apartments, shops that once thrived with love and humanity. Dan looked over to see the park that he loved to take slow walks through. He saw the tree full with enchanted green leaves. Flowers, birds, rabbits, wildlife thriving living adapting in this catastrophe. "You are my sunshine." Dan whispered. Phil took Dan's hand and whispered back "My only sunshine." They smiled and turned to face each other taking both of their hands in each others. "You make me happy, when skies are grey." They sung together drowning in each others eye's. "You'll never know Dear, how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away." Then there heads turned to the door as a loud bang and screeches from behind was heard. The things then were  banging on the door but not breaking through...yet. "The other night dear." Phil whispered turning back to Dan. "As I lay sleeping." Dan whispered back stepping only a slight bit closer. "I dreamed I held you in my arms. But when I awoke dear, I was mistaken, so I hung my head and cried." They sung together again a single tear slipping from Dan's eye. Phil reached his hand up and wiped it away with his thumb. Phil placed his hands on Dan's waist and Dan put his hands on the back of Phil's neck. They heard another crash, they knew the wood would give in soon enough. So together they sung staring lovingly in each others eye's trying to make there last moments together count.

Please don't take my sunshine away." They both had tears falling down there faces as they leaned in and kissed each other for the last time. It was slow, soft and full of love. They broke away at the sound of the door flying open. The hord throwing there heads back and screeching. Birds all around flew up into the air flying away.
"Please don't take my sunshine away." They both said pulling each other closer and stepping into the ledge. "I Love You Dan." Phil said. "I Love You Phil." Dan replied. Then they stepped off the edge just before the things could grab them. They both looked each other in the eyes and smiled knowing they could die with the one they loved.
