Part 11: lost Jason

The exam wasn't terrible as thought it would be.
Few minutes after the exam begin, I couldn't concentrate on answering the questions due to the miserable pain in my foot.
I was walking down the hallway alone till I met Liam. My classmate, better a friend.
"So how was the test?" He asked while walking with me down the hallway.
"Not bad!" I answered while shrugging.
"Oh! I thought you weren't able to concentrate on your studies after those two sudden incidents" he said while we reached the staircase.
"Yeah I guess. I gotta be careful getting down the staircase" I said looking at the staircase.
"Why so?" I could see a question mark on his face.
"As usual I didn't concentrate on my actions and badly stabbed my foot into a rock" as soon as I finished he laughed and I joined him.
"Fine! Let me help you" he said while reaching his hand out towards me and I grabbed it.
"Thanks Liam!"
"Ah! I'm just a Friend with benefit" he said and smirked.
We both passed smiles.
I took the support of his hands and finally got down the staircase.
"Finally!" I sighed while getting down the last staircase.
"So what are you doing tonight?" He asked hopefully.
"I guess my husband has planned something" he replied knowing he hadn't. Wait Harry!! I was suppose to call him after the exam.
"I thought you will join us tonight for the farewell party!"
"I wish I could! Oh! Let me call Harry first! Just a sec!" I said while dialling the call.
It said the line is busy.
As soon as got out of the university gate with Liam I saw Harry standing near the Car speaking on his phone.
Harry is here?! He was supposed to be in the event.
"Come! I'll introduce you to Harry!" I said while while pulling Liam towards him.
"Ah I know him! I mean who doesn't!" He replied while being pulled by me.
"Harry!!" I called few steps away from him.
He looked at us and then the ended the call.
"Meet him! He's my friend Liam" I introduced Liam to Harry while standing beside him and my running my hand through my hair back.
"Hey nice to meet you!" Harry reached his hand to Liam and they shook their hands.
"Pleasure meeting you Harry! You really are an awesome businessman!" Liam complimented him.
"Just the Karma I guess" he replied with a grin.
Liam smiled back.
"Meet you soon, Liam" I tried to end the meet and gave Liam a formal hug.
"Yeah! Bye take care" he greeted.

"How was the event? And why did you leave it so soon!" I asked Harry when is was driving us home.
"I didn't went to the event" he exclaimed and his eyes were glued to the road.
"Wait! What! Why?!" I showered him with questions.
"I was worried for you so waited for you out of the uni" he replied without any expression.
"Are you crazy?!" I groaned while turning towards him.
"Don't worry! It wasn't so important!"
"Harry?" I raised one eyebrow thinking that he was lying.
"I swear!" He gazed at me saying that.
"Fine!" I replied convincingly and got back to the seat.

We then reached home and we were into our bedroom now.
Harry as usual removed his clothes are threw them on the floor.
And I as usual picked them up and put them into the washing machine.
"By the way you forgot to ask me about my exam!" I looked at him suspiciously. What the hell was going in his head. He is so silent since I met him after the exam.
"How was it?" He asked while working on his laptop and didn't even bother to look at me.
He was being so Romantic and caring in the afternoon and look at him now!
"Good! Harry is there something you wanna share with me?" I asked walking towards him.
"I'm busy!" He mumbled to himself. But I heard him.
"Really! So you are avoiding me right?" He is so unpredictable! God please help him with his mood swings!!! I was so angry listening that.
I didn't reply and he was continuously pressing his fingers on the laptop keyboard.
"Fine! I'm going away!" I said and got out of the room. Only he knows what he is up to and why is he acting like that!
I just remembered what Liam said "I thought you would join the farewell party". I think I should go for it! Harry isn't gonna be alright for few more hours so I must go and have some fun with my friends.
It's been a long time enjoying with them. I'm free now.
I read the clock and it was 9:13pm.
I immediately went upstairs in the bedroom and saw Harry scrolling the screen of his phone and was sitting semi naked. He was just in his track pants.
I rolled my eyes and got into the closet room.
As soon as I got into the closet my phone buzzed.
"Harry please see and tell who is it?"
No response!
"Harry? Are you listening?!"
No response!
What the hell! Why is he behaving so!
Gosh! Saying this to myself I picked the phone asap.
It was Aunt Ivory.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Evie there's an emergency! I and Tom were talking about the incident and Jason heard it all and immediately ran out of the house. Tom ran behind him but Jason was gone. We are finding him since then" hearing that I was shattered. My eyes immediately filled with tears thinking of Jason lost. I had no one other than him.
"Jason!!!!" I screamed being worried, threw my phone away and started running out of the room and was going out to find Jason. I didn't care of my foot.
Seeing me Harry immediately ran behind me and grabbed my arm.
"Evie!!"
"Harry leave me please! Jason!" I just while struggling to get out of his grip and all tears were rolling down my cheeks.
"What happen? Who was it" He groaned.
"Jason ran away! He heard Aunt Ivory and Uncle Tom talking about our parents!!" I exclaimed and cried more.
"Just wait here! Don't even dare to move" saying this he left me there, rushed upstairs, came down in a minute wearing a white hoodie and was calling someone.
I was thinking about Jason! Where he must be! How he must be! Is he okay or not! I just wanted to see Jason in front of me. He is little and how will he bear this pain!
After Harry ended the call he walked near me and grabbed my shoulders.
"You are staying home! I'm going out and will find him! I promise!" He exclaimed looking in my eyes.
"No way! I'm also coming with you!" I shouted at him being angry! How can he even order me that! He is my brother. How can I stay at home.
"Evelyn!! Your foot is her, you can't come out! It's gonna be a hustle! Just do what I say!"
"No Harry! Not this time! I'm coming with you or else I'll go and find him on my own!" I groaned opening my eyes wide and staring into his eyes.
"Evie!....Fine!" He grabbed my hand and took me with him.
It was so dark outside and this was the biggest thing to worry! I was so worried about Jason and scared to!
