The continued story of Grace Russell and Nick Radford from the hit TV series Good Witch. This is my story following the ending of the previous season 3. Note: this is just a Nick and Grace story. No Sam and Cassie or any of the other story lines.:)
Today was the big day. The day Cassie and Sam became husband and wife, and Cassie became my mom. It's weird to think about. And Grace, she'll become my sister. Woah. That is really weird.
I was up in my room getting ready. My dad chose me to be his best man, guess he doesn't have many friends. I️ was all ready in my suit and tie and I️ headed downstairs to go check on my dad. He was pacing back and forth looking nervous and very hectic. "Dad?" He didn't hear me. "DAD!" I️ shouted. He stopped and looked at me like a dear in headlights. "What's going on?" I️ asked. "I'm sorry I need to go take care of something." He said them sprinted out the door to Cassie's house. I️ was so confused so I️ followed him over there.
I️ walked in and could hear Cassie and Sam trying to talk quietly. I️ couldn't hear exactly what they were saying but it didn't sound good. And then Grace showed up on the steps. She stopped midway, I️ guess she was trying to listen to the conversation. She looked amazing. She was wearing a beautifully long blue dress.

This** She looked absolutely stunning just standing there. But she looked sad. What was wrong? "You okay Grace?" I️ asked. She shook her head out of whatever daze she was in and replied, " Ya. I'm fine." Then she made her way down the rest of the steps. "You look... amazing." I️ complimented "Thanks." She said quietly. She still seemed kind of upset about something though. Then I️ found out why. Cassie and Adam made their way into the room both of them looking down. "Hey guys" sam said "So we have.... decided to call off the wedding." He finished. "What?!" I️ asked so surprised that I️ didn't know what to think. And why wasn't Grace freaking out? She was more excited about this than I️ was. Cassie explained to us that they just weren't ready for it yet and then they left leaving Grace and me alone. Luckily we were still having the Reception party that Grace worked so hard on though. I️ just didn't get any of it. I️ thought that Cassie and Sam were really happy. Why wouldn't they be ready for marriage?
