6) Overprotective Stage

Everyone is sitting on the couch in our new house watching Meet the Robinsons. All of the sudden there is a knock on the door and all the pups apart from the humans start growling for no reason. I get up to go open the door only to be pulled behind Scott I look at him confused before he mouths the name Garrett. I wonder why this kid can't just leave us alone but I understand why the pups were growling. Scott gets out form in front of me Theo and Ethan taking his place. When Scott opens the door we are met with a sobbing Garrett wanting to talk to me. The pups have trouble seeing it as him genuinely wanting to talk and think it's a trap. I motion for Scott to put Garrett in one of our sound proof rooms. Thirty minutes later when I have finally gotten the pups back to watching the movie and not wanting to know where I'm going I sneak up to the sound proof room holding Garrett who is still being watched by Scott. I walk in the room and instantly all eyes fall on me. I ask "Garrett Why are you here"? He responds in a broken voice "T...Two Re...Reasons I W...Wanted to say I'm S...Sorry and A...Ask you if you would do me a major favor I know you don't owe me anything but my little sister is in foster care and I can't take care of her as I plan on tuning myself in for kidnapping Liam and endangering his life but I want to make sure my little sister gets adopted and has a good home and I know that you and Scott would make the perfect parents. I look at Scott and he just looks back at me so I reply "We will talk about it and let the adoption agency know and then have them tell you are final answer or I will come and tell you myself once we have decided. He sort of smiles and says "Thank you". Scott and I go back with the pups and continue watching the movie but don't tell the pups what might happen as Scott and I still need to discuss what we want to do.
