Chapter 2

(Ella's POV)

"what are you doing hear?" I asked Shane.

"i'd figure i would show you around town" he whispered.

"sure i'd like that, give me 10 minutes" I say closing the door to go get ready.

I put on black soffee shorts and my school lacrosse t-shirt. Brush my teeth and comb my hair. Then i left a note on the table saying...

went to explore town with a friend

I opened the door and saw that Shane was gone. I exit are site to the road.

Then i feel arms holding me tight from behind swinging me around.

It was Shane.

"stop" i laugh.

Shane puts me down.

"what was that for?" i asked.

"i wanted to scare/surprise you" he said with his cute manly voice.

I sarcastically punch him in the arm for pay back.

"dang you actually hit hard, but that didn't hurt" Shane says acting tuff.

"will it's not like I'm a werewo..." i stop myself.

We started to walk down the road. We took the board walk as a short cut into town.

As were walking threw the streets of the town i see Shane rubbing his upper part of his arm.

I stop Shane from walking.

"i didn't know you had a tattoo" i said to him.

"yea, it's are packs symbol" Shane explains.

"do you have one?" he asked.

I show him my pack symbol thats on the inside of my right ankle.

(Shane's POV)

As we continue walking, we talk about random stuff just to get too know each other.

Then i see a group of guys at the conner. As we got closer they were checking out Ella. For some reason i got jealous maybe more protective.

I clenched my fist, i could feel my face burn into red, and my heart beat faster.

Suddenly I feel a soft warm hand unclenching my fist to hold her hand. Ella could probably hear my heart beat and realized she had to stop me from turning.

We make are way around the conner, hand still in hand. Ella pulls over to sit on a bench.

"are you okay?" she asked holding my hand tighter.

"i guess, those stupid guys were pissing me off" i told her trying to slow my heart beat down.

"it's okay that you got protective" she said while i looked into her blue eyes.

"i feel so dumb now" i accidentally say out loud.

"don't, i like it when guys get protective" she winks at me.

I walked her back to her campsite.

(Ella's POV)

Were back at my campsite and i steel Shane's iPhone out of his hand.

"hey, give it back" he begs.

"do you want my number or not" i say trying not to blush.

I put in my number, hug him good by and head to my camper door.

"text me" i yell to him.

"i won't forget" Shane yells backs and starts to walk.

I made my way into the camper and saw that my mom was eating a muffin.

"hey Ellaina" said my mom.

"mom don't call me that" i complained.

"so how was your walk with Shane?" she asked.

"how did you know it was Shane" <me

"i could smell him" said my mom Leah.

Ellaina is my full name, my wolf name, but i like Ella for short. It's like that for Mark too. His full wolf name is Makyin.

I wonder what Shane's full name is.

Since i didn't eat earlier, i poured myself a bowl of cereal. Mark got up and did the same. My dad already left, probably during my walk.

"Ella where's your triskelion necklace?" Mark asked.

I reach to my neck feeling nothing there.

"oh no, it must of fell of" i cry.

A triskelion is are pack symbol, a triple knot of three interlocked spirals.

Then theres a knock on the door. I open it and Shane was at the door.

"what are you doing?" i asked.

"i was walking home and i saw your necklace on the ground" he explained.

"thank you so much, i would die with out it" i say with relief.

"your welcome, see ya" he leaves.

I close the door and sit on the couch to look at my necklace.

{i think i might of not hooked it together right}

"lets go to the beach" mom suggests.

Mark goes and changes in the bathroom, my mom in her room and me in my room.

I packed five swim tops and five swim bottoms. I put on my bright blue halter underwire cup top and hipster bright blue bottoms. I throw my hair up in a messy bun and grab my flip flops and towel.

Were all ready and head down too the beach. It's now 12:00p.m. so we also packed some snacks. We set up are stuff and put on sunscreen.

My mom stays with are stuff while me and Mark go in the water. Its a red flag, the waves are huge. You can still swim with red flag, you just cant go past the poles.

(Shane's POV)

Me and my brother and sister were walking in the beach and then i see Ella with Mark.

I explained to my siblings who they were, since they could smell them. I run into the water, dodge some waves and go up behind Ella and swing her around.

"shaneeeee" she laughs.

I can feel the tension between me and Mark. I put Ella down and introduce her to mu sister and brother.

"This is my 16 1/2 year old brother Jake and 15 year old sister Kayla" i tell Ella and Mark.

(Ella's POV)

"hi i'm Ella and this is my brother Mark" i say in reply.

Jake brought a football, so we all decided to play catch.

Jake is my age, he has light brown hair and brown eyes.

Kayla is Mark's age, she's so pretty, she has brown/orange eyes and brown long wavy hair.

Out of the corner of my eye i see Mark talking to Kayla, i don't really care. Then i see Jake walk off with a black hair girl, i can tell she's a wolf by her scent.

Awkwardly i'm just standing in the middle of the water because Shane disappeared. I know he's around.

Ahhh he swims up from underneath me, picks me up and let's me slide down on him. My feet touch the sand on the bottom and i realize my hands are on his 8 pack abs.

(Shane's POV)

Ella's hands were on my abs, i kinda wanted them there, but i pulled her i to a hug.

"i know you like me" i whisper in her ear.

"look at you being smart, using your wolf senses" she whispers back.

She pulls away from the hug. And looks at me with her beautiful big blue eyes.

I lean in and.....
