(Shane's POV)

I lean in and...

A huge wave took us under. Ella squirms out of my arms so she can get air, i do the same.

My head pops up and i don't see her. I look around in a panic, then i see her holding on tight to the pole. I swim over and hear her breathing heavy.

"are you okay El?" i asked grabbing onto her waist.

"ye-a it-s ju-st" she says catching her breath.

"what?" i add on.

"i have asthma, and - when i - was taken - under i - panicked" Ella answered.

"it's okay i won't let anything happen to you" i say pulling her into my arms.

We starter to walk back to shore and bumped into Kayla and Mark. I gave Mark a look, just to warn him to not mess with my sister.

I know that Kaylean likes him, Kaylean is Kayla's wolf name. I usually call her by it.

(Ella's POV)

We made it up to my mom and i grabbed a towel to dry off and gave it to Shane when i was done.

"mom this is Shane" i introduce her.

"i know sweet heart, hello there Shanar" my mom says to Shane.

I look at him confused.

"hi Mrs. Alpha Hale" he responds to my mom.

"please call me Leah" she suggests.

Shane nods with a smile

"I assume you all will be fine, I'm gonna go meet up with your father".

My mom leaves. Shane sits down, and i sit between his legs with my back against his chest.

"is Shanar your wolf name?" i asked him.

"yea, what's yours?" he asked back.

"Ellaina" i say shyly putting my head down.

"it's beautiful" he lifts my head up.

"noooo..." i was cut off by Shane putting his lips to mine, they fit perfectly like a puzzle piece.

I turn my body and wrap my arms around his neck and his around my waist.

Sadly are kiss end by someone coughing. It was Jake and Riley.

"sorry to interrupt but me and Riley were gonna head out" Jake told Shane.

"okay see you at home" Shane tells Jake as he leaves.

We both look at each other and laugh.

"I have a question for you" he says in a deep tone.

"will you be my girlfriend, mate?" he asks with joy.

"yes" i say hugging him tight.

and tighter and tighter.

"okay there wolfie" he lets out.

"sorry, too strong?"

He nods.

It now around 3p.m.

"i should head back cause i need to shower and stuff" i pout.

"okay mate i'll walk you up" he says with a sigh.
