After the snowball// a mileven fan fiction

The sleepover

"Hey mike, where have you been"
Dustin yells from across the room with that same smirk on his face.
"Oh, I must've lost track of time"
I knew I didn't. Man, I really do love El.

"Yeah, lost it while you were making out with el" Lucas exclaimed while mimicking me, he annoys me sometimes that kid.
I roll my eyes at his joke.

eleven stares at me, with a frightened almost embarrassed look on her face, she looked very confused.
"What is making-out?" Eleven exclaims.
"Oh um, well it's whe-"
"Hey I see our parents!"
I yell cutting off what max was about to tell eleven.

Hopper calls over eleven and hands her a letter.
"Jane, hopper? A-doption? Adoption... papa!?" Eleven instantly runs into hoppers arms with the biggest grin on her face with tears running down her cheeks.

Hopper starts to cry, I reach out for elevens hand she accepts it, stares at me and pulls me in for the hug.

Lucas calls out goodbye to me, el, Dustin, max and will.
"Will see you in an hour Lucas!"
I yell out to Lucas

Joyce takes Will into the car.
"Can I go mom?"
Will asks Joyce, Joyce second guessing but says yes anyway.
"Sure"
Will smiles at me and el
"See you then"
Will yells

Dustin's mother pulls up
"mom!, Nancy was my date!"
Joyce and hopper look at each other weirdly and shrug while Dustin drives off.

"I better be off as well, for all I know billy might be sharpening a knife" max says whilst picking up her board.
"Hey max?" Eleven, runs to give max a big hug. "I'm really sorry"
"What for"
Max asks
"For being mean"
Eleven says
"Max, do you want to come to sleepover as well?"
Eleven asks max
"Is your man ok with it?" Max says jokingly
Eleven doesn't know that I'm not really a big fan of her, but it might be nice to have another girl for eleven to hang out with
"Yeah, it's cool"
Eleven and max high-five and max rides home to get ready.

"I like max, she's nice"
Eleven claims

"Papa?" Eleven asks hopper
"Can I go?"
Hopper looks me up and down and glares at me, Eleven clasps onto my hand staring at hopper with her beautiful puppy dog eyes
"What the heck.. sure"
Eleven goes to give me a giant hug kisses me on the cheek and goes back to hoppers to get changed, "I'll see you ten mike!" Eleven screams
"Wouldn't miss it for the world!" I reply
