Hogwarts letter

"KAY, KAY!!" I felt someone shaking me and someone was yelling at me.

As I open my eyes I see Draco staring down at me.

"Kay, get up. IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY!!"

My eyes widen as I have been told what day it is. I push the covers away, dash out of my room and down the stairs with Draco only a few feet behind. We run into the kitchen to see the house elves setting up breakfast. Waffles.

"Good morning my darlings", Mother says as she walks into the kitchen," Happy birthday".
Draco and I quickly eat our food and finish as quickly as we can. As soon as we're finished we ask if we can open the present now.

"Of course you can, your father should be already there," Mother says pointing us in the direction of our gifts.

We rush over to the gifts and start unwrapping. We got many things but my favorite would have to be my new Nimbus 2000. I've been asking for it for ages. Draco got one as well, we both love to play Quidditch and are hoping to get on the team at Hogwarts. Draco wants to be seeker but I prefer Chaser.

Looking through all of our things we both notice 2 things missing.. our Hogwarts letters. We look up at our parents with disappointment on our faces. They look at each other and smirk. I look at Draco confused, he looks at me and looks just as confused. Are they not mad that we didn't get our letters?

Mother pulls two letters out from behind her back. "Looking for these?" she says while handing them to us.

I look at Draco with excitement and we both open our letters.

I look at Draco to see if he's finished reading his to see he's already looking at me. I have a huge smile on my face as I turn to look at our parents.
