Chapter 1

     Izuku let out a sigh as he walked to the bottom edge of the steps. Rio was standing beside him and she nudged his hand gently. He chuckled and rubbed behind her ears and started up the stairs and walked into the building. He stood still and took a deep breath and he allowed his senses to reach out and fill in the darkness that his lack of sight left behind.

     He could now "see" (metaphorically) all the structures appeared within his mind. He could feel the arches that sloped around the many twisting hallways. He turned his head towards where he felt the sign that knew where to go. He reached up to where his blank eyes lay and fixed the bandana type bandage covering them. He was always very self-conscious about his scars. As he felt the wrap, he heard a little squeak come from the hood on his jacket.

     Izuku let out a chuckle and moved his hand into his hood and allowed the small pokémon to crawl onto his shoulder. He was glad that he couldn't sense anyone else near him because they would probably make a huge fuss. It's not every day that you see a Shaymin. He felt her nuzzle into his neck and let out a noise that sounded a lot like a purr. Catalyst let out a sniff and buried back into Izuku's neck. Rio let out a huff that sounded suspiciously a lot like a laugh. Izuku just shook his head in amusement.

     Rio's ears perked up as she heard footsteps approaching, she let out a growl and Catalyst yelped as she leapt back into the hood. Izuku turned his head to get a better feel at who was coming down the hall. He could feel that this person was strong, and that their pokémon had the same amount of bloodlust that their trainer had. It made Izuku shudder slightly, he walked towards the hallway that he knew he had to go down and froze in his tracks when he heard a very familiar voice.

"Fucking Deku?!"

     Izuku knew that he was screwed as soon as he heard that voice, the very same voice that constantly tortured him. Bakugou.

     "H-Hey, Kaa-chan..." Izuku said nervously as Rio let out a growl at the person who hurt her trainer, he could feel Catalyst squirm a bit in her spot in his hoodie. He could feel the blonde taking angry steps towards him. Izuku stepped back when he heard Kaa-chan get closer. He couldn't help but remember the fear that would overwhelm him as a child. That was before he had met his savior.

     Katsuki stormed up to Deku and grabbed the front of his shirt, yanking him upwards so he could stare into the bandana that covered his scarred eyes. He let out a growl at Rio who raised her hackles at how he handled her trainer.

     He was about to start yelling at Deku, because the bastard wasn't supposed to be here, and only stopped when he felt Deku's fist enclose over his wrist in order to get him to let go. His eyes widened a bit in shock before he tightened his grip on him, only to find that he had let go.

     "What the hell?!" Katsuki yelled as he tried to reach for Izuku again but he found that he could not seem to get close. He took a step back and tried to charge at the other trainer, before he could get far, a hand grabbed him by the back of his shirt and lifted him up.

     Izuku didn't know what happened, all he could hear was Kaa-chan yelling and spitting curses at the mysterious person. He tilted his head before allowing the aura to take over his senses again, letting him see the figure towering over him. He let out a small gasp. The Champion, All Might!!

"LET GO OF ME YOU FUC- "

     "Now young Bakugou, no need for foul language!" All Might said, a small laugh at the end of his sentence. Izuku just held a hand over his mouth trying to hold in a giggle. It didn't work too well because Bakugou seemed to hear it and zoned in on him in a millisecond.

"SHUT UP DEKU!!"

     Rio growled and stood up onto her hind legs and stepped in front of Izuku, willing to protect he trainer. Izuku reached out a laid a hand on her head, calming her down into a low growl. All Might just yanked Bakugou back when he tried to lunge at Deku. All Might just nodded at Izuku and walked away laughing with a screeching Bakugou in his arms.

     Izuku started muttering to himself, not noticing that there were other people starting to walk down the hall. He stood in the middle of the corridor and was only snapped out of his thoughts by someone running into him. He stumbled back in surprise, and was caught by Rio standing behind him.

     "Oh- I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you!" Izuku only knew that the person that bumped into was a girl and he shook his head quickly to come up with a response.

     "It's fine. I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings." He said, allowing aura to take over his sight again. It gave him a faint outline of what the girl looked like. Short hair, feminine body, she was wearing a muscle tee with forearm guards and long pants with a belt and knee-high boots.

     "Sorry again. Anyway, see you in the arena!" She ran down the hallway that led to the room where they get their directions. He looked at Rio and dashed down the hall so he wouldn't be late.
