Melanie took a quick shower and started to blow dry her hair. She put music on and raised the volume because she knew she was home alone. She then straightened her hair and did her makeup.
Her phone started ringing; Cam
she picked up, “hey you”
“hey you” he replied. “Are you almost dressed”
“yup. Just gotta put on my dress.”
“wear that blue dress. The one with the lace.”
She was surprised that he remembered what that dress looked liked because she hasn’t worn it in a couple of months.
“uum….. why?” she asked with a smile on her face.
“just do it!” he said. “I’ll be there in 15 minutes. Be ready!”
“alright, bye”
“bye” she hung up.
She did exactly what Cameron had said. She went into her closet, picked out the blue dress with the lace and wore it. It was a nice dress, and it fit Melanie nicely. She decided to wear black heals to match the little black that was on the dress.
She was finally ready, so she made her way downstairs. She was about to call Cameron when the doorbell rang.
She looked at the time; 6:00pm.
Very punctual, she said.
