020 - Chinese crusine

I wonder where Jenny and Lay is. I was thinking of cooking lunch with Jenny, but she's no where in sight, so as Lay.
Then, I heard the jingle of keys and the sound of the door opening. I went to the front door and saw Lay and Jenny with bags of stuff.

I went up to Jenny and asked, "Where have you been?"

She then replied casually, "Shopping and don't worry about lunch, I'll cook."

"Oh, may I cook with you? I could learn some new things along the way.", I said.

"Sure, well start cooking right away, um, maybe after I place my things into my room.", Jenny said.

Minutes later in the kitchen ~
"So, what will we be cooking today?", I asked.
"I'll be cooking Chinese cuisine today, since Lay was craving for them just now. So, well be preparing GongBao Chicken, steamed sea bass and Chinese gale with oyster sauce. and of course rice.", she replied.
I was quite surprised that she knew how to cook chinese food, I can't cook chinese cuisine though. I just nodded my head and asked her what I should do first.
She asked me to dice the chicken, while she washed the fish and vegetables. After that, she chopped the ginger into many pieces and stuffed them inrmto the fish. She marinated the fish with soy sauce, sesame oil and some pepper. Before adding some spring onions. After, she placed the plate of fish to steam.
She then when to fry the garlic first, before adding the vegetables and oyster sauce.

Finishing dicing the chicken, She made the marinade by Combining 1 tablespoon wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon corn starch and water to mixture and mix together. Mix together and add green onion, garlic, water chestnuts and peanuts. She then heated the sauce slowly until aromatic.
I observed her every move closely, not wanting to miss anything. I wanted to learn how to cook Chinese cuisine too. Out of the blue, she placed a spoonful of sauce into my mouth.

Before asking me, "How does it taste? Is it too salty?"

I slowly savoured the flavour of the sauce. It was so aromatic so delicious.
I just gave her a thumbs up and she smiled. Damn that smile. Her smile is like the sun, it's so bright, giving hope and lighting up the whole place.
She then added the chicken to it and let simmer together until sauce thickens.
Just like that, lunch was done and ready to be served.

The boys came to the table and was shocked that the food cooked today was of chinese origins.

Lay: "Thank you Jenny for cooking this, it brings back memories..."
Sehun: "Yum. It's delicious!"
Chen: "How do you know how to cook chinese cuisine?"
Jenny: "Well, I'm not a full Korean for one as you know, and even though I stay in Korea, when I was younger, I lived in Singapore and I was was taught how to cook the 4 different kinds of cruisine from the different ethnic groups, Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian."
Everyone else: "Oohhh"

After lunch, we all started to prepare ourselves for our first day of school tomorrow. We packed our bags and washed our uniforms. Every one of us were anxious about going to school tommorow. Hopefully no fangirls.

Oh, who am I kidding? There's definitely fangirls...

The next morning~
Jenny's POV
It's currently 6 am and I have finished my morning run and have cooked pancakes for the boys. School starts at 7am, we have to be on time. I finished breakfast and went to wake the boys after much yelling and screaming the boys finally woke up and went to the dining room to eat breakfast. Since I have already finished my breakfast I went back to my room and showered before wearing my school uniform of course not forgetting to put on my fake glasses and fake braces.

Yes you got it. I decided to dress up as a nerd hiding my true "face".

At 6.45am,everyone was ready and we were heading off to school. I came out if the room and everyone stared at me with widened eyes.

Chanyeol: "Why are you dressed like that?"
Jenny: "That's because I want some real friends who like me just the way I am. Not because I'm a trainee, an upcoming idol or friends with you."
Boys: "Ohhh"
Lay: "So that's what you were getting..."
Suho: "Enough talk. If we don't hurry, well be late. And may I also remind all of you to be careful around fans."

Due to the school not being very far, we just walked to school. And as expected, crowds of fan girls surrounded the boys once they were in school.
"Oppas!"
"Marry me Sehun oppa!"
"Omo, sexy Kai oppa!"
"Be my guardian Suho oppa!"
"Chanyeol oppa, be mine!"
"Baekhyun oppa, I love you!"
"Xiumin oppa, you and your cute cheeks, let me kiss and squeeze them!"
"D.O oppa, you're so handsome!"
"Take me Chen Oppa!"
"Heal my heart, Lay oppa!"

And afterwards, they notice me being so close with them and as expected by me, the girls started to insult me.
"Ew, who's that ugly girl?"
"Yah! That nerd doesn't deserve to be near our oppas!"
"Bitch. Some idiotic nerd, so ugly. Get away from our oppas."
"That little slut!"

Obviously I could hear them, but I could care less. That was until a familiar girl came forward and pulled my hair roughly.
Soo Mi.

Guess she hasn't changed. Still a spoiled brat.
She raised her hand and was preparing to hit me, but just as I was about to grab her hand and flip her over and away from me, someone else beat me to it and grabbed her arm. Stopping her from hitting me. I turned to look at who was the one who "saved" me, and it was—
