Remember Summer

Chapter 2

The rest of the the night was silent, so we decided to just go to sleep.

When I woke up, all of them were gone. Did they ditch me? Are they not friends with anymore? "Mom!! Why did all my friends leave?!" I screamed.

"I think they went roller skating honey!" I heard my mom say. I screamed in my pillow. Why does everyone hate me? I wondered. At least david cares about me.

It was 9:30 pm. I didnt want to look super fancy so i wore bright orange high-waisted shorts and a blue stiped tee tucked in. My hip was getting better so I just put a little bandage on it. Maybe David knows what they did to me.

After I ate some shrimp I waited outside. I stood waiting infront of a tree. When is he coming?

..... David's perspective

I snuck out of my house leaving a note on the door. I ride my bike to Ashton's house. I parked my bike behind the tree. I saw her long, wavy hair flowing in the wind. I snuck up behind her, around the tree, and grabbed her by the waist. She screamed, kicking with her available foot. "Ashton. Stop its me." I said in a whisper voice. I was surprised she wasn't dressed in some fancy outfit. I tried to look nice for the occasion. If a Muscle tee and jeans count.

"Oh, David." She said, "We should go to the park. I brought some dessert."

"Ok." I said.

This is kind of akward because we sort of just met and we are already together???
