Remember Summer

Chapter 9

Italy was great. But I was ready to be in school again. I actually got to see my dad a lot this summer. Which is great because he is always working.

Another year in London.Another year in highschool. I still havent heard from David. And I probably won't ever again. But I think I have a British accent now.

.....

It felt great to see my new friends at school. But they are so not replacing Rachel,Maiya , and Kayley. But then I saw.... I saw..........................

Bella.

.....

I tried to hide my face. But she saw me. She stomped right up to me with her old  friends right beside her. I didn't expect this to happen, but right out of nowhere, I felt a brick hit me cheek......

Just kidding! It was her hand. But it still hurt!

I stood there in shock. I dropped my books. I didnt even see it coming.

I jumped on top of her and started slapping her face back and forth. I could hear the words "Fight, fight, fight!" around me. But i stopped slapping her and said, "It wasnt me." Then as quickly as I could, I picked up my books, and walked away.

I couldn't stop thinking about this all day. I prayed to God hoping she didnt rat.me out.

I actually met more boys.

I had Bella on my mind si David was behind me.

I mean yes I would flirt back every now and then. But when ever he was going to make a moving, it reminded me of that summer when we looked at the stars.

I closed my big brown eyes to look back at the memories. I thought of David. I forgot what he looked like....

Wait! I have a picture of him.somewhere!

......

When I got home, I looked for his picture. I found it under my bed where my magazines were. I dont rememner putting it in a frame. But i hugged the frame tight then kissed his picture. Later Bella came to my house and told me why she didnt rat me out. And i explained to her that it was my friends who did this. But she just said nothing and left. She got nicer, but I still didnt like her. And I dont want to worry about her crap.

..... 9 months later

I cant believe he still wont answer me! Im still going to write them though. Maybe we wrote me back, but he keeps throwing the letter away because what he's saying is stupid? I dont know, but I spent a couple days writing the letter.

David,

Hi. Why won't you write me? I cant visit because now Im spending my summer in Hawaii. My dad's work for the summer.  Anyway Im doing.... Fine. I havent been dating anyone else. Tell Maiya and Rachel I said hi. Im just super busy. I got a british accent! It's pretty cool. I cant wait for Hawaii. Then Junior year!!!!!! Yes!! I dont know what im doing that summer yet. Well.. please write me!

It tooke me a couple days to write this because I couldnt think of what to say. I get to leave school early for Hawaii.
