Toby ran after her, his intentions bright and clear even at this late at night. The darkness suited him the best, because that's when his features are most enhanced. His hair was now a mess, but with all his adrenaline kicking through his body and his face reflecting all his rage, he actually looked like a masterpiece, allowed for a very few to see. Although he liked Brittany, the fact that she betrayed her friend and that she was woth a vampire held him completely furious, for he had wanted to believe she was different from the rest of the women. But... Once he stopped in front of her, aiming a gun at her heart, beathing heavily, Toby couldn't help but notice the beauty of her dreamy eyes and honesty of her tears as they rolled down her cheeks as if they were competing which one will reach her jaw first. Something inside of his chest tightened and as much as he wanted, he simply couldn't shoot her like that. Do it! C'mon! She's a traitor!, he kept telling himself, but with every blink of his eyes, the gun got lower and lower down, until it was completely moved away from the range of her body. "Fuck...", he muttered and without thinking any further stepped in front of her and pulled her into his embrace, his heart slamming hard against his chest.
Regina screamed at the sight of the werewolves attacking him in such a speed and in such a number even someone as strong as him couldn't take them all down. Rixon was looking at her every move and she was split between her beloved one and her brother. She was going to let them win and run away, but when he called out for her help, she grabbed her knives and cut her hands without giving it a second thought, throwing them at few werewolves. The poor guys immediately had to back away because unlike normal knives these ones had vampire blood on them which was in higher doses deadly for them. Rixon started running at her with a silver knife held firmly between his fingers. She saw him coming, but she couldn't care less at this point, moving in a speed he could not detect easily, she quickly found herself behind him, knocking him down almost with too much ease. He was a strong and well trained hunter, but he wasn't prepared for loosing his sister twice. Rixon fell, letting them deal with her the way they wanted, he sending a quick message to Dahlia to call Brett and Malikir and get them both to her house, for it was best protected out of all other houses, vampires wouldn't be able to detect them, not even following their scent. One of the wolves managed to burry his claws deeply into Seth's skin as others kept attacking him ot taking down his vampire friends. Regina quickly knocked down few of them, but once she saw the werewolf hurting Seth, she went wild. With all her might, she kicked the few of them away, and knocked down the one that was hurting her love. The wolf squeeled in pain and along with him others quickly backed away, Jinx giving them a sign to run and picking up Rixon, knowing he is hurt. Regina growled at them before she turned to Seth, other vampires running after the wolves. "Are you alright darling?", her face became gentle and full of love, as she kept checking if he was hurt even more or if anything was wrong with him at all.
Brett was by now out of his wolf form completely, and was looking pretty much human, in all his handsomeness and sweatiness. He felt his phone vibrating and quickly answered it benting down for a moment to be able to hold her and her furry friend with one hand. "Yes? Okay, I am coming.", he put away his phone and looked at Lilith, moving away few strands of her hair from her face, "Hang in there champ, you're gonna be safe soon." He smiled and even quicker ran towards Dahlia's house, not even sure how he managed to reach it so fast. Then again the beauty in his arms deserved more than a death like this. Dahlia stepped out of her house only to let him pass through with Lilith. "Quickly, Malikir is on his way, I called his store. How did this happen?", she panicked at seeing Lilith barely alive. "I really would love to chat but let's first get her out of danger, than we will go through the details.", he answered and they steppes inside of her house. Thankfully no one was there as they all went to an opera night, she was left in charge if something happened, and frankly she liked it better that way. Casting a spell to ease her pain, and somewhat bring back her consciousness, she eagerly waited for Malikir or anyone who could actually help Lilith survive this encounter with an ancient vampire, Sethenes II...
