Lauren's POV
The Next Day
I walk into the coffee shop to find the girl wearing a different bow to match her outfit smile at me with pearly teeth.
"What can I get ya?" She asks me.
"A caramel frappe please." I say.
"That'll be 3 dollars please."
My tired hands grab the money out of my pocket book and I wait patiently for my coffee. I finally get it and on the side of the cup she wrote,
-Hey, I think you're beautiful, I never got to catch your name, you have to come over to my place- Camila
I look up at her who gives me a desperate smile.
"My name's Lauren Jauregui, thank you for the compliment and I'd love to go to your place sometime."
"How about after shift?" She asks me.
I don't really want to go tonight.
"Oh tonight I can't I have to go home to get something of mine I forgot." I made up. Tonight just isn't my day.
"Oh okay Lauren, have a good day."
"Thanks, you too Camila."
She stops me,
"My name isn't Ca-mil-uh, it's Ca-mee-la, I hate it when people pronounce my name wrong." She tells me. I feel really bad, maybe I should invite her over tonight.
"I'm so sorry I didn't know." I simply say.
"Oh it's fine just remember the name." She says throwing a card at me.
-Camila Cabello Coffee Shop-
I smile at her and walk to my apartment.
I call Kyle, "Hey Kyle, how's it going?"
"Oh Lauren it's been sad without you!"
"Aww, Kyle, hey can I ask you a favor?" I say not sounding desperate.
"Of course anything!" He says.
"I left my guitar over back home. Could you come and bring it? I'll let ya spend the night." I say.
"Okay, I'll come tomorrow. I gotta go, bye."
"Bye." I say hanging up.
I decide to put on my bathing suit and go down to the beach. It's a really nice day.
After a couple hours of tanning and swmming, I stand in the ocean to look out.
I feel someone tackle me,
"Hey I thought you were going home to get something." Camila says to me.
"I uh, I,-"
"You start work tomorrow. Be there by 7 in the morning."
She looks totally pissed off at me,
"I'm sorry, I just didn't want to go somewhere tonight." I say.
"Then you should've told me instead of lieing to me." She says going in the sand.
"Hey, I'll come over now if you want." I say.
She stands wiggling her toes in the sand thinking about it or not.
"Get your stuff, you're spending the night." She runs out of the water.
"Wait how do I know where you live?" I yell halfway across the beach.
"Go to the lobby, you'll find out!" She says running.
Gosh I cannot keep up with this girl.
