I did hear her ask.
I tried to answer but something stopped me. I wanted her to be with someone good didn't I?
I would never be good with Verdandi. I was a monster and she was a queen.
She was the hero and I was the villain.
I watched as Steve ran away. That's when I came out. I knew what I had to do.
"Heimdall!" I yell up to the sky. Seconds late to am in the Bifrost.
"Loki good I'm sure your brother is not far behind," Heimdall gets off of his post.
"Where did Odin put Thanos?" I ask.
"I will send you to the place he went often but you aren't going to like it," Heimdall hurriedly puts the sword in.
"I don't care I need to find him," I step back as the Bifrost whirls back to life.
"Good luck," Heimdall says.
I close my eyes. Why wouldn't I like it? Where was the prison.
I already knew.
I open my eyes as I feel the ice cold wind on my cheek.
Jotunheim.
"My gods," I sigh. I walk briskly to the main city.
I hope someone still lives here. I mean I did almost destroy it.
Hopefully no one knows it was me.
I step into the small city.
"Hello?" I call out.
Silence greets me.
"I need help, please!" I yell.
"We don't offer help Asgardian," a male voice calls out.
"I am not Asgardian, I was born here like you," I call out to the voice.
It scoffs.
"Who are you then?" It comes from the shadows.
A large frost giant comes toward me.
"Loki of Jotunheim and right now I need your help to find a prison," I look at the frost giant.
"How did you survive the Fall?" He asks.
"The what?" I look at him.
"I am the last frost giant left, everyone else died the day the Asgardians took their revenge which was well deserved," he crosses his arms.
"I'm sorry," I sigh.
"I am Nobody, Loki of Jotunheim, what prison are you looking for?" Nobody motions me to follow him.
"The one with Thanos in it," I let out a sigh of relief.
"Ahh, the one that the Asgardian king made," he breaks into a jog. I'm surprised he wants to hurry. I have to sprint to keep up with him. After minutes we arrive at a small hole in the ground.
"In there," he points. I peer in. Hot air floats up to my face.
"Thanks Nobody," I turn around.
He's gone.
I smile as I crawl into the hole. I take out my dagger. The one Verdandi took. She gave it back to me.
I look around as I get to the bottom. A fire is going in the corner giving off an orange look to the room. I see a huge metal door to the right. I open it.
I look inside and see another door. It has strange inscriptions.
I go over I open it.
Instead my skin is burnt by the touch of it.
"Damn," I hold my hand.
"It's protected against frost giants," Thor comes in through the door behind me.
"Good to see you brother," I turn and smile. Thor rolls his eyes. He opens the door with ease.
Inside the room is cold. It's completely gray inside. A man is shackled to the wall.
"Father," Thor goes to Odin.
"Thor," Odin looks up.
Thor breaks the chains around Odin. Odin falls down to the ground. I help him up.
"Loki," Odin breathes.
"Hello Odin," I smile.
"How did you find me?" Odin coughs.
"Heimdall, he was monitoring Thanos for awhile," Thor explains.
"Thanos," Odin becomes angry.
"Yes Odin right now he's attacking New York and he is winning," I help him up the hole.
"We have no time to waste then do we?" Odin says as the light of the Bifrost comes down.
"No we don't," I mumble.
