Chapter 14

Chapter 14: Cure

I panicked trying to find a cure. My heart was racing, seeing Emma's pale, gray face. "Just keep breathing Emma" I said. I ran through the woods and approached the house. I burst through the door seeing Kayla worried.

"She's been poisoned" I said putting her on the couch. Kayla's face went pale with fear. "I don't have my journal" She said about to cry. I grabbed a journal from the shelf. "Here, I grabbed it from the other witch" I said handing it to her.

She was shocked. She struggled trying to find the right page.

She started saying witch words, that I couldn't understand. I looked at Emma's pale face, making me tear up. I was panicking, seeing struggling to find the words with her fear.

"DAMMIT! She can't die!" I yelled banging on the walls. "Calm down we'll find something" Kayla said.

(In a dream)

"Leave me alone!" I pleased as I ran past a tree. I saw in the corner of my eye, a vampire with his fangs ready to strike. He was pale and had black hair. I looked forward and saw a cliff approuching. I stopped right on the edge of the cliff. Pebbles fell off the edge.

I turned around and dropped to my knees. "What do you want?!" I cried. He smirked walking once more. Chill ran down my spine.

I looked up and saw a bright light. The vampire ran off, from the light. "Live your life, your not ready to die" A voice said. "Who are you?" I asked. "Run....to the light" A voice said. I slowly walked towards the light. My whole body went warm.

Tyler's POV: ~.~

I held her hand close by my chest, worried sick of her life. Her life was on the line. Soon, her skin slowly turned tan again. My eyes widened. "Emma?" I said leaning closer to make sure I'm not seeing things.

"Emma?!" Hana cried coming out of her room. "Go back in your room!" I yelled frustrated and scared. She quickly ran to her room with her fluffy teddy bear.

She opened her eyes. Kayla started crying with relief. I held her in my arms, feeling the warmth if her skin. Her heart beating again and her breath on my chest.

"Tyler?" Emma said. "I'm right here Emma, your safe now" I said hugging her. She looked into my eyes. A rush of excitement went through her. She wiggled out if my arms, so she could hug me. I laughed seeing her excited face.

Kayla ran around the table to make a group hug. I felt like nothing can stop us.
