Chapter 26

Jacks POV

Renée calls me, I can tell she's crying. She demands to meet outside and I go. She meets me in the middle of the street and hugs me.

"Baby?" I kiss her forehead.

"I hate him so much!! Don't make me go back!" she whimpers.

"You wanna stay the night?" I offer. Why not?!

"Yes please!" she looks up at me, then glances at my lips then back to my eyes.

"Jack's coming over too tho, but then again it's Jack so it'll be fine." I hold her face and kiss her gently, again and again.

"Thank you baby!" she hugs me tightly, I look towards her house. I'm gonna kill the SOB. And I'm gonna find out what happened and then I'll really give it to him.

"Jack!" she snaps me out of my thoughts.

"Hmm?" I brush her hair out of her face, my thumb strokes her cheek. She hesitates a moment then opens her mouth.

"I said let's go in. I'll text momma." Renée slips her tiny hands in mine and we walk to my house.

"Yo mom! Can Ren stay the night?" I call to mom, wherever tf she is.

"Huh? Oh yeah sure." she calls back, and with that I pull Ren to my room.

She falls back onto my bed and I come crashing on top of her.

Yo yo yah-ooooh," Jack walks in through the door stopping when he sees us.

"We weren't doing anything." I sigh getting up and helping Ren up too.

"Right, so what did you want to talk about?" Damn it Jack. Not with Renée here!!!

"Uh let's go downstairs." I walk out my room calling mom to come to the living room, Jack and Renée follow then mom and dad enter.

Jack sits in the rocking chair, mom and dad on the sofa, and Renée sits on my lap on the love seat.

"What is it Jack?" mom asks curling up to dad.

"Well." I clear my throat, here goes nothing. "I guess it's better that all of y'all are here right now so it can be an open discussion and no secrets." I glance around, all eyes on me.

"Go on hun, we're listening." Mom smiles.

"Cam and Nash informed me that Bart is raising MagCon ticket prices but not our salary, so he's basically taking the money for himself. Nash's dad has this managment, 26mgmt, and Cam and Carter are apart of it. And Nash too, duh. But they want me and Jack to quit MagCon and come with them. We'll still get to meet fans and stuff but it'll be better than being with Bart, supposedly." I bite my lip, Renée turns and looks at me questions in her eyes.

"Renée, do you know what MagCon is?" Dad had to ask. Ugh!

"No." she squeaks and blushes, I kiss her cheek and she blushes a deeper pink.

"Well it's mainly 12 guys who make 6 second vines and a ton of girls fell in love with us and we go to cities for the weekend and meet them. It's really cool, I don't know why we never told you, you'd love it." Jack explains it mostly to her.

"oh. so that's why you always travel on weekend?" she shyly asks.

"Uh, yeah." I hide my face behind her.

"How come you never told me?" her voice is soft so I have nothing to be scared of, I clear my throat.

"To be honest I don't know. I wish I would've. But this isn't the point. Mom, dad, Jack. What do I tell Nash? what'd we do?" my head is swarming with thoughts.

"Well babe. I think you should stay with MagCon. As bad as that sounds." Mom looks at dad.

"Yeah, you already got so far and now think of all the girls who'd be disappointed in not getting the chance to see you with the other guys. Plus I know you'll still keep in touch with the other boys, you're inseparable." Dad agrees with momma.

"Jack?" I want him to voice his opinion. The only opinon that I care about, besides Renée's, that will please me.

"Bruh, it's all crazy. I think we should stick with Bart. We're gonna be seniors and I know this won't last forever. Cam and Nash have a better chance at getting somewhere in the entertainment world than us. We should stick to writing songs." He shrugs.

"Even tho I don't know anything, he kinda has a point." Renée whispers so I only hear.

"Ok. I'll tell Nash we're staying with MagCon." I sigh.

"I'm proud of you Jack, we are." Mom stands up, kisses my forehead and walks upstairs.

"We are, son. You never disappoint us!" Dad pats my back and goes up to mom.

The room falls silent once mom and dads door shuts confirming their going to bed.

"So," Jack coughs.

"Better than I thought." I squeeze Renée's waist, she giggles.

"Don't do that!" she frowns and lays on the couch across from me.

I study her face, and smile at her beauty. She blushes, her perfect cheeks turning bright pink. Her eyes shimmer as she smiles at me. I continue to gaze at her while Jack talks to her about MagCon. She's so interested in what he tells her. He shows her vines of us at different places. He shows her all the guys and she sits cross legged on the couch looking like a little child.

"This is so cool!!" She throws her hands in the air and hugs Jack. He blushes a little and I chuckle at them.

"I'm glad you like it, babe!" I cross my leg on my knee and watch her eyes light up while she scrolls though our vines. But I know I'm gonna be traveling this summer, what's that gonna do to us? She's so amazing and I hate to leave her. I don't want anyone to snatch her up while I'm gone! It would break my heart if she did!
