This is for a contest I'll be participating in !! The theme is a fairytale in some type of AU, and this is a Modern!Street Performer AU!
In this world, money is extremely hard to come by, and doing anything without the intent of pay is frowned upon. But Belle likes dancing in the streets, and refuses any tips. Everyone thinks she's weird, either way. And the Beast is a murderous mob boss with a minor gang, living in a remote mansion somewhere.

I actually had a very difficult time deciding between Belle's blue/white outfit from when she lived in the village and the yellow one... But by the time I had realized I could've chosen that one, the outfit I drafted already looked too similar to the yellow dress : ' ) (also yes, she is wearing arm sleeves) But lets just go with "The yellow outfit is what the 'Beast' gave her just like in the real stories"
But!! If I have any relaxation time, I can do an alternative outfit who knows
