He's basically a human shaped balloon filled with oil. I have more about him but it's too much to write-
In summary, he uses telepathy to make up for his lack of a mouth, and any weapon or object that gets through his skin slowly disintegrates into his bloodstream (errr, oil stream). Any bacteria in or on the object floats around his body until he eventually gets sick. Very sick. That's when he has to let out some oil by opening up some skin and refill it, preferably with facial or body oils. And then his skin heals like normal skin.
Also, woo look at me go! I'm getting better at anatomy!
