Beautiful War {Gabe+Clem}

~Chapter Seven~

                       {Clementine}

As I slept cuddled up to Gabe I could tell his warmth kept getting warmer and warmer. Thinking nothing of it I stayed sleeping but I woke up when Gabe's breathing became loud and raspy. "Gabe are you ok.." I was cut off by Gabe shaking and his eye's were opened but his eyeballs were in the back of his head.

"Gabe Gabe!!!" I sat up shaking him thinking it was just a bad dream but when he wouldn't wake I yelled for help. Elinor ran in with Javi and Kate behind her "he's seizing" Elinor told me I quickly got off the bed and stood by Kate and Javi you could tell they were freaking out inside but they didn't show it mostly to keep me from panicking.

My people ran in the room and that's when I really started to panic "what's wrong will he be okay?" I asked. "Kate, Javi get Clem out!" Elinor said "what no no I'm not leaving him" I want to go run to Gabe's side but Javi picked me up and took me out of the room. Once he put me down I tried to run back to the room but Javi got to my level and held me back.

"Let me go" I tried to pull from his grip but he put his hand on my face. "Listen to me I want to stay with him to I'm scared to but you need to let them do what they got to" I fell into Javis arm's and began to cry. "I know I know" he wrapped his arm's around me and soon Kate did to from behind and we stayed in the group hug on the floor for a while Kate and Javi saying things to settle me down.

                  {Gabe's dream}

I was surrounded by whiteness "am I dead?". "Gabe!" I turned to see Mari I couldn't believe it a smile appeared on my face and I ran to hug her. "Are you real?" I pulled away and looked at her "of course this is real silly" my heart dropped "I'm dead I really am dead but Clem, dad, everyone". those words kept replaying in my head but I snapped out of it when some started talking to me.

"You're in heaven son" I turned to see a three guys one with a missing arm, one with an eye patch, the other one looked normal. "I'm Luke and this is Kenny and Lee" I couldn't believe it they were the people who were like Clem's family "so I am dead?". " Well your heart stopped" Luke told me "but your not dying not today at least" I looked at Luke confused.

"You make my little girl happy and she needs you right now all I have to ask is you keep her safe because we can't I know she is strong but everyone needs a little help in life more so in this world". " Of course I will I'll keep her safe until my death date just promise me you will take care of my sister". They all nodded "well you're breathing again so I guess its time to say goodbye" I nodded and looked at Maria and hugged her "I love you". " I love you to big bro" I pulled away and look at Luke, Kenny, and Lee "tell Clem we said hi and that we love her and miss her and you better not hurt her" I nodded at look with a smile and everything became white.
