It was a few days later and peridot had gone home. It was Friday. 7:00 PM and peridot was home all alone.
Her Mom was at work and her Dad was doing something with his guy friends. The blonde nerd sat on her couch,drinking mountain dew, eating doritoes, and watching camp pining hearts. When someone knocked on her door.

Peridot got up slowly and walked to the door. She answered it and she knew exactly who it was. "Hi jaspy... Who are you?" It wasn't jasper, but someone peridot knew all to well.
"You don't recognize me? Its me. Lapis. Lapis lazuli"

Peridot's eyes widened and her mouth grinned "lapis." She hugged her

Lapis hugged back with one arm "good to see you again"
Peridot agreed and asked her questions but lapis stopped her "its cold outside. Let's go inside and talk".

Peridot agreed and dragged her to the couch so they could watch t.v and talk.
They took turns asking each other questions of what they had been up to for the past few years.
Lapis had told peridot that she had to move because her dad had gotten some new dumb job in new York, which wasn't entirely true.
Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until Lapis asked a certain question

"So. Who's the slut you were with the other night?"

Peri looked up "what?"

Lapis smirked and suddenly her eyes turned red and she smirked
"I asked you a question. who. Is. This. Slut. you were with."

"Dont call my girlfriend a slut you..." Peridot couldn't finished because lapis slapped her cheek hard
"don't talk to me like that you useless, dumb, nerd."

Peridot's eyes watered. "That's not nice" she pouted and looked down

"I ain't nice sugar. I'm a demon, who loves inflicting pain on others for my own pleasure."

Peridot looked back up at lapis "you are sick"

Lapis brought her hand up to Peri's cheek
"You don't know why though. Why I'm like this" lapis appeared to changed for a split second before going back
"Break up"

"What?" Peridot said confused

"Break up with the girl you are seeing."

"No!"

Lapis smirked and picked peridot up
"Fine by me, but just know that might be a bad move to stay with her"
Lapis took Peridot to her room

"Why?"

Lapis set peridot down on the bed "because. I can make her have an accident. I can make Jasper get hurt. I'm stronger then you think" lapis kissed peridot's head

"Don't kiss me you gross freak."

"That's not nice." Lapis lightly slapped Peridot's butt

"You aren't nice. I won't break up with Jasper" Peridot had a serious look on her face

"Then I will just break her up.". Lapis threatened and disappeared

Meanwhile back in Real life the demon had carried Peridot up to her room, kissed her head, and even whispered a "I love you" to itself
It watched peridot sleep
"I dont want to hurt you, but its the only way you will listen to me. Obey me. Love me. you only listen when you are being threatened. I'm sorry it has to be like this Peridot"
The demons eyes were blue and sincere, not red and threatening like usual

I wanted to give a lapidot teaser as well as establish a mystery as to why Peridot is haunted and why lapis is fixed On peridot.
