Love is painful

Chapter 2

I had a lot of mistakes in my last chapter. Sorry for that The picture is of them cuddling during the nightime.

Sun shined through the room, lighting up the green walls. Peridot's eyes opened slowly. Her neck was a little bruised.

Peridot sat up and looked around. She was alone In her room but it didn't seem like it. Peridot never truly felt alone.

Peridot got out of bed and went to her bathroom to get ready for school. She grabbed some sweatpants and a black shirt and threw them on her bed. She walked to the bathroom that was in her room and shut the door. Upon examining herself In the mirror Peridot noticed the bruising, which was common. She had become use to these marks that were all over her neck and body.
She looked at her features in the mirror: pale skin from staying inside and playing games most of the time, green eyes, blond hair that was a mess right now, freckles the lined her nose, skinny arms, short legs, a skinny , yet curvy body, and of course the bruises that lined certain parts of her skin.

Peridot sighed and rubbed her neck. She would just put some makeup over it and cover it up.

Peridot got in the shower and cleaned herself up. She always loved taking warm showers in the cold mornings.

Peridot got out 10 minutes later and wrapped herself in a towl. She walked out of the bathroom and went to her bed where her clothes were folded neatly. She had thought that she had folded them before going to shower but she had actually just threw them on the bed.

there was something in her closest watching her.

Peridot dropped the towl and the thing licked her lips. She wanted peridot badly but new she had to wait. The demon felt pride upon seeing the pale body that had some bruises on it. Peridot began to put her clothes on which cause the demon to frown and mentally yell at peridot for Putting clothes on.

Peridot went on to eat some lucky charms and then leave for school.  Upon arriving she went to sit Under a tree and play in her phone.

Peridot was what you would call, the school nerd and the only problem with that is that Peridot was very cocky and sometimes had an attitude about her intelligence which cause most to hate her. As Peridot waited for the bell to ring a shadow engulfed her tiny body
"Sup nerd"
Peridot smiled "sup meathead"
"your nicknames suck"
"You suck Jasper"
"And you swallow Peripie." Jasper sat by her
"Jasper we have been over this. You can't swallow if you don't like guys"

Jasper nodded not listening and played with her hair because she knew it bothered Peridot and Jasper was rewarded with her hands being slapped away
"What do you need?"

"A new girlfriend, my homework done, 20$  ummm"

Peridot slapped her again "I'm not a good enough girlfriend?"  (This ship will not be permanent as this is a  Lapidot story.)

"I'm kidding. you the best girlfriend"

"You are" Peridot corrected Jasper's word choice

"Yea I am the best" Jasper took advantage of the that causing Peridot to shake her head

The bell rang and peridot got up "class time."

"Later nerd"

"Bye Jasper"

The two split ways completely unaware that they were being watched.

For Peridot, school was pretty boring and it went by quickly, but she was going to spent the night with Jasper tonight and so she was excited when the bell rang.

Jasper had to do football practice after school so Peri waited in the stands for her. She did her homework while she waited for Jasper to finish.

Peridot got done with most of her work except for math, but couldn't do it as Jasper had finished practice.

They walked to Jasper's car and left

The two had fun together and Ended up falling asleep together, cuddling in Jasper's bed.

Peridot actually got a good night sleep as her demon would never try anything when she wasn't alone as it was to much of a risk. If someone discovered Lapis, then an exorcist would likely be called to bind her away from Peridot.
