Gal Gadot as Ilona of the Set Solaris pride.

From then on Altan became shadow, a day hadn't passed and he was already receiving congratulations from other prides. Some beyond the region.

He had had enough on the second day and looked up ways to give Nesar his title again. To get away from the responsibility and probably be ranked as a simple subordinate, without the prefix of high. He strangely wanted normalcy, a complete divergence from what pack life is supposed to be.

By the third day his success at avoiding Ilona came to a stop. She'd pulled him into a room and asked him what what his problem was. Notified him of all the duties he looked to not have done and asked him again. "What's wrong with you, Altan?"

He bit the inside of his cheek avoiding an outburst. But didn't hold back hard enough.

"That!" he pointed towards her stomach. His face coloured pink with fury as he gestures to the result of seven months of incubation. "That is whats wrong with me."

She recoiled hugging herself, "why?"

Altan stepped back, "don't act like you dont know." he bowed his head. "A mother always knows."

Ilona looked petrified, began shaking at the knees as distress coloured her terrified. She started crying.

"That night..."

Altan nodded his head, "you carry my uncle's child. Not only that, but my own too." he smiled.

"Shadow told me, when you called him he told me that the child is mine. But get this," he turned around walking further into the tv room. "I went to all your consultations and you have twins."

He shook his head, "then i thought back to that night. You smelt like him but i was too caught up in my emotions that i didnt care. I was too caught up in you."

He eyed the sofa, "does he know?"

He heard her breath heavily, "Ilo?"

Altan sighed, "yes, Ilo." he said. It was wierd referring to his uncle by his name.

"It was his intention... As soon as I had learnt-"

"You came back crawling to me," he finished. Slowly he turned to look at her once more, he was over it. All that infatuation, so called love, he had for seemed to fade. He saw her for what she truly was, an Alpha female. A woman who would always maintain power, and does everything to keep it. That's why she remained as Alpha and was able to get Nesar to heal himself.

Nesar came back from the battle with a scar that ran from his hairline down his face to the top of his lip. Just as strong as Altan's own.

He, like his uncle, got a new smile gifted by an alpha. The uncle Ilona had slept with and tried to use him to cover up. She used Altan as a sheild to cover up her sins against the pride and its Alpha.

She cheated Shadow, and when you cheat Shadow. You sign your death certificate, and as Altan tried to bring justice. Shadow held him back, he felt possesed because his instinct had finally acted and had gotten the title he knew he deserved for so long. The title of Shadow. And here Shadow was defending his child and cousin, seeking out rheir innocence and not caring for their mothers.

Altan bit his lip, "i need to go make a call. It is part of my duty, he said and left the room running to his office to make a call he didn't think he had the courage to do this soon.

He dialed the number with ease and listened to the dial tone. "Tashudrel, laird's third. How can i kill for you?" he heard the joke in her voice.

"I need your help," he said. "I need to kill an Alpha."

The was a rustle on the other side of the line, "why is that?"

Altan shut his eyes, "because i'm Alpha now, Nuria."

"Altan?" he heard her ask.

"Yes," he sighed.

"I told you he was an underboss," she said. She sounded a bit more playful compared to their first encounter.

"You were right" he admitted, it felt wierd. Letting go, and letting this girl receive intel on his pride. His personal self, but then again she was the first hunter be met that didn't ignore the code. Let it passed as he tried to do whats right.

"So who are we going to kill?" she asked.

Altan breathed slow and deep, "me."

He rolled his head back, "we're going to kill me." because after that Ilona won't have an Alpha to match her strength and because of her crimes she would be outcast.

A deceitful vagabond. The worst of the worst.
