Each passing moment saved by your grace,
You watched me long for warm embrace.
I judged myself, foolish mistake.
Experience, that's all it takes. The Reaper's here, my end is near.
Regrets I have, nothing seems clear.
The words I wove, they won't remain.
My soul was crushed, swept in the rain.Swallowed my pride, fatal mistake.
Endless stride, my life you'll take.
Great saviour and sweet release,
I give my soul for you to please.Going through it all, I tried to rationalize.
Watching me grow, you chose to blind your eyes.
Your megalomaniacal abuse began to show its marks,
I was forever chained by your lies.Grinning with such cruel deceit,
Your vile attempts to make me bleed
Almost pushed me to the edge,
I had nothing but a pledge.Dragged From one fire into another,
Lost all hope having to suffer.
Could do nothing but fantasize
A quick death as I closed my eyes.Amused by your hypocrisy,
Your sadistic tendency.
You were always clingy,
And my spirit so flimsy.Broke it with a single strike,
I could almost hear your shrike.
Once you realized there was nothing to gain,
You laughed along and took my name.
