"I'm not going to repeat myself! Who's there!?" Nova shouted. A small grey rabbit jumped out of the brush. Nova breathed relief. The bunny hopped towards her and was not afraid. Nova chuckled.
"I was afraid of a little wabbit. Aww. Your not scary at all." Nova cooed. The rabbit squeaked as if to say, "Yeah, I'm not scary at all." She heard something else rustle in the brush. The next thing she remembered was that she was on the floor, seeing the shoes of a human, and getting knocked out with something hard.
She awoke in a cage. She twitched her ears to try and hear. She couldn't hear anything. The tarp covering the cage was flipped open. She growled. "I got you. The last wolf girl in existence. Your parents were in for quite the profit, but an alive one. Now that is quite the profit." the Merchant chuckled. "What do you want from me? Where do you come from? How did you find me?" Nova asked. "I want money, I come from Melamela, and I tracked you down. I was hard tracking you down. I come from the village that is a small way from here. You'll sell for quite the profit." He smugly said. She whimpered. If only she could hide her ears and tail now. She couldn't hide them when she was feeling a mix of emotion. She was feeling scared, exposed, and anger. "Legend girl. You should know the legend." He said.
"The legend. There was once a girl. A girl who was a cross between wolf and human. She was considered dangerous. With the teeth, ears, and tail of wolf. She was a girl who's hair, tail, and ears were purple like a galaxy. She was a skilled swordsman from her father. Worth 1,000 pounds if caught alive. Worth eight pounds dead." He said as he equipped his horse and rode it. The work she had done just to protect herself and her identity, gone. All work, gone.
