Through the small crack in her curtains the hot sunlight shone into the young read heads yellow room. Lying curled up on her side was Marigold Blossom dreaming happily. But she was awoken by the bright light that shone in her face.
Sitting up in a daze the young girl let out a small yawn and stretched her petty body. Letting out a small giggle at herself Marigold Blossom swung her legs over her pastel yellow bed and walked drunkenly to her bathroom.
Flicking on the light the young Blossom girl turned on the tap at the shiny white sink. Putting the setting to cold, the sleepy girl splashed the icy water in her face.
"Ahh" she yelped shaking her head side to side like a dog. The cold water had definitely done its job. Wiping her face with a soft pale yellow towel Marigold left her bathroom and made her way downstairs still in her pale yellow pj's not caring who saw her.
The yellowed covered Blossom silently slunk into the kitchen looking for a snack. Her stomach was grumbling up a storm. I knew I should of eaten more last night, the red head mused scratching her chin. What to eat? she thought humming quietly to herself scouring the cupboards for food.
Outside of the kitchen stood the Blossom twins. Meeting outside the kitchen at 9:00 just like they said last night when they made the final part of their plans. Both knew that their parents and beautiful younger sister would be asleep still.
Jason Blossom the oldest of the Blossom siblings was filled with doubt and anxiety. Today would be the day that his life changed forever. But yet he was still at debate on weather or not he should take the chance. Glancing down at his watch Jason new it was time.
"Do you have the letter Jason?" asked Cheryl Blossom the second oldest of the Blossom siblings. Her flame like hair was left loose curls down her back. The female twin wore a white dress that corresponded with her brothers white shirt and pants. They looked like angels in their white clothing. But looks can be so deceiving. "Yes" Jason said quietly looking down at the letter that was addressed to their younger sister. Marigold Blossom, Jason thought of her while staring at the letter in his hand. His innocent little sister too pure for this world. He felt another wave of guilt at the fact he was leaving her behind. He didn't want to but he knew it was best.
He knew she was going to be heartbroken when she woke up. He was a coward and he knew it. He was leaving and wasn't even going to say goodbye in person. He looked over at his sister who wore the same facial expression on her face, guilt. They both knew that Marigold cared about this family a lot more then they did. Despite how messed up it was, she still cared. Her heart was too big to be a Blossom Jason thought sadly.
"I can't do this" Jason said a little bit too loudly. At the voice of her brother Marigold looked up from her founded snack which was animal crackers. Getting up Marigold tiptoed to the kitchen door. And through the crack she could see her older siblings dressed and seeming to be having a important conversation. Being the curious person she was Marigold put her ear to the door to listen.
"Yes you can" Cheryl replied sharply crossing her thin arms across her chest, giving Jason a look of determination. Looking down Jason only shook his head at his sister. "I can't leave like this."
Marigold started at the door in shock. Jason was leaving? she shook her head Jason wouldn't leave her! Especially without saying goodbye. Marigold told herself trying to reassure herself, but a bad feeling started to make its way up her spin. He wouldn't would he?
Cheryl uncrossed her arms and put them on Jason's shoulders instead. "You need to, it's okay I'll take care of her" Cheryl bit her lip knowing how angry her little sister would be. But she knew it was for the best. If they told her, Marigold would of tried to come with Jason . Determined to not leave Jason alone. At the most she would of tried to make Cheryl come with them too. But that couldn't happen, if this was too work she needed the plan to stay on track. And she couldn't have her younger sister mess it up with her trying to make things better like always.
