Chapter 9: My Feelings

It's Christmas eve and we all gathered around the living room. Oh wait, Baro's here too! He said he'll go to his hometown on Christmas day. So we had a lot to eat. Also, some of my relatives were here too. We're a lot!

"Hey!" I yelled to Jinyoung. The music was pretty loud.

"Where's Baro?" I asked him.

"He's getting some food. Why?" He asked. I grabbed his hands and went to where Baro is. He was dancing while getting some food. Oh what a cutie!

"Baro-ya! Let's go outside. Us three only! It's crowded here!" I said. He nodded and me and Jinyoung grabbed some food too.

So we went outside and there's some people too. Drinking and such. We took a table and jammed to the music.

[JINYOUNG'S POV]

We kept on jamming to the music while eating. Not saying a single word.

"Baro-ya..." I said. Najung didn't hear it because she's busy eating.

"You should tell her... It's Christmas eve so it's okay. I won't get mad. We're best buddies anyways." I said. Then he looked at me weirdly. I smirked at him and then he looked at Najung.

[BARO'S POV]

It's Christmas Eve and now I should tell Najung what I feel...

"Hooooooo...." I said as a deep sigh. Jinyougn stood up and said he'll grab something to drink. Probably it's a chance for me to tell her.

"Hey... Najung..." I said.

"I'll tell you something." I added.

"What is it?" She asked.

I looked down and took a deep breath. I held her hands and leaned a bit forward.

"Najung-ah... Did you know why me and Jinnie fought last time? It's all because I got mad when he told me that he kissed you. I know you're really close to him. And the both of you are my best buddies. But did you know that I like you so much? You're the only girl I liked since when we first met. I felt so happy when you became close to me. I could've told you a bit earlier, but I didn't. I like you so so much." I said. She clenched my hands tighter and her eyes widened.

I couldn't help myself so I leaned again and kissed her. Just a peck on her lips. Then I giggled.

"I'm not your first kiss, but still I kissed you." I said. Then I pinched her cheeks and she turned red.

"B-Baro y-yah..." She mumbled. Then Jinyoung came with drinks.

[JINYOUNG'S POV]

I know what he did already. I've been watching him then. It hurts me, but why? I mean, we're best buddies. Do I really like her that much? Or I love her already?

"Yaaaaa. Drinks!" I said while putting down the drinks I took. Najung looked at me and grabbed one drink and she took it one shot.

"Omo! Ya!" I said. Then Baro looked surprised.

"Mianhaeyo. I-I'll just go inside. I-I'll come b-back!" She said then ran back inside.
