Liam smiled at the question that Lilian asked him. "Sure. I have nothing better to do." Liam said while wiping away his tears. He hugged Lilian tight and they walked back inside the house.
Lilian's Point Of View
I felt bad for Liam after he told me what his daily life was like. Being whipped constantly each night. *crack* on your back. My mother was out of town and my father didn't care as long as we either stayed downstairs or in my bedroom. "Liam? Can I ask you something?" I said nervously. We sat down on the couch. "What is it?" Liam responded. "What would you do if..you..stayed the night with your mother?" He bursted our in tears. He tried to not make a lot of noise, but I could still hear his silent cry. I moved his face towards mine and wiped away some of his tears. "What happened..." I asked him in a soft voice. "Sh-She died in a..uh...car crash! In a Car Crash!!" Liam said while continuing to raise his voice In the process. I hugged him and rested my head on his shoulder. We both sat there weeping, on the couch, at 8:30pm at night.
Narrator's Point Of View
After 5 minutes, Liam suggested that they were to go upstairs. Lilian agreed and they headed upstairs. "Wanna read a book together?" Lilian suggested. Liam shook his head and said, "How about, instead we play Truth Or Dare?" "We have nothing better to do! Sure." Lilian said with a grin on her face.
