Chapter 5

It was Monday and I'm at school in math class. I was doodling on a piece of paper. Midori wasn't here today which was weird because she never miss a day of school.

I began sitting next to Eren and Mikasa. And we would pass notes to each other just because we'll get bored.

I was doodling and Mikasa had looked at my paper. She then rip a piece of paper and wrote something on it. She folded up the paper and passed it to me.

That's a cool picture. May I have it?
Yes Or No

I circled yes because I wouldn't do anything with the drawing. I think I would of thrown it away later on.

I handed her back the note along with the drawing. She unfolded the note and read it. She smiled and wrote something again. And she passed it back to me.

(Yes) Or No

Thanks. I will treasure this forever.

I read the note and just put it in my pocket. Because I wasn't about to write anything back to her.

And why would she want to keep that drawing? It wasn't like it was a masterpiece or anything. It was weird that she wanted to keep that picture.

The bell rang to end science class. It was then time for lunch. I walked with Eren and Mikasa to the cafeteria.

We got our lunch and sat at a table. Mikasa sat next to me, while Eren was on the other side of the table, sitting by himself.

We was eating our food talking and about random stuff. Eren asked me "Do you have a crush on anybody (Y/N)?" " Umm. No not really. I don't have feelings for anyone." I replied back to him.

To be honest I do have a thing with Mikasa. But I'm not crystal clear. "Okay then. Let's meet after school. At the library I mean" Eren said. Mikasa and I agreed with him, to go to the library after school.

Mikasa POV

I was happy to hear that (Y/N) didn't have feelings for anyone. Because that gives me more time to have his heart. Plus that will make things less messy.

After school we went to the library to do our homework and study. While we were doing that I would look at (Y/N)'s face time to time. And each time I would look at his face, his features just get better and better each time.

After a while (Y/N) said that he would get some more books for us to study with. After about a few minutes later I went to go help him.

I was searching around the library to find (Y/N). Then I saw him looking for a book on the bookshelf. I walked up behind him looking at the book he was holding over his shoulder.

"That looks like a good book" I said making him jump. " Oh it just you Mikasa. Don't scare me like that again" he said putting a hand over his chest.

He is so cute when he's startled.

After we was done picking out books to study we went back to see Eren on his phone, playing games. "Finally took you guys long enough" he said. " It would taken not as long if you had helped us" I said. Then Eren just rolled his eyes at me.

After we was done doing our homework and studying, we started to pack up our things. We then made our way home.

I was in my bed on my phone about to go to sleep. It was raining so hard outside. I took out the drawing that (Y/N) made and smiled. Then I remembered that had I killed Midori.

It had to be done. She was going to take (Y/N) away from me. I can't let my love get taken away.

Her painful screams ran though my head. Making me smile a bit more.

"Like I said, it had to be done."
