Arranged Nightmare

Leia's POV
It had been 3 weeks since the wedding and I could tell that something had changed between my son and Rey. I could tell by the way they were looking at each other, mostly with Rey though. I've never seen her like this out of the few years that I have known her, it's like she's enchanted by my son.
He had apologised to me lately, completely out of the blue but I am thankful for it and couldn't be happier. If this is what Rey does to him then I should have made them fall in love sooner.
After Ben fell to the dark side, I thought that I would never be a grandma and never have a daughter or son in law but I do now and have a baby coming on the way hopefully.
Ben and Rey have decided they want to go away for a holiday for a bit, they are fed up with all of the people around them and just want some private time. They are going away tomorrow at some point but I have no idea where they are going or how long for,
I am fine with it though.

Kylo's POV
Over the last few weeks, I have gotten closer and closer with Rey and I don't think I can go forward with the plan. I can't do this to her, she has became my weakness and I love her, he actually loved her. It wasn't an act or half lie, it was full on and true.
I couldn't get her out of my head, her hair, her smile, her light, she was like a drug and I was definitely addicted. I was currently lying in bed nude with her in my arms, sleeping against my chest.
I've decided what I am going to do, I was going to tell Hux the deal was off. I am deciding to tell him today so that I can say and then get away from him for a few weeks though I know he won't take this lightly. He's going to be pissed but I don't care, I'm not scared of him, I'm just scared for Rey. She still has that necklace on and I'm scared that if I take it away from her and hide it she will get really upset or if I tell her, she will hate me.
Those nightmares are getting worse and are starting to feel like they are connecting to things that are happening now like that I am falling in love with her and I'm giving up on the stupid plan I should never have made.
I move Rey slowly off my chest and slide out of bed slowly, I don't want her waking up as she needs to sleep. I grab my clothes from the day before off the floor and quickly put them on before slowly leaving our dorm and making my way towards Hux's.
I knock at the door and it takes a few minutes before there is an answer, though it's not Hux, it's a woman I've never seen before. When she looked up and saw me, I could see her start to shake and swallow. 'C-can I help you?' She said in a shaky voice.
'Is General Hux in there?' I ask her. 'Yeah b-but he has passed out' she said quietly. 'Tell him that the deal is off' I say and walk away though I could hear her say to herself 'what deal?' under her breath.
I decide to go for a walk around the base for a bit, to help clear my head on every stressful thing that has happened over the past weeks. I ended up walking outside the base and into the forest but when I do, I get flashbacks from all the nightmares I've been having. I ended up standing where I saw Rey get killed many times in my nightmares in so many different ways and I find a single tear running down my face. If they are in fact visions, then I must protect her at all cost even if it means taking my own life. Because I got myself and her into this mess and it's my job to get us both out.

Rey's POV
I wake up in an empty bed. He must have gone for a walk again, he always does that. I can tell he's trying to hide something from me but I'm unsure what it is. I hear and see him saying my name in his sleep and twisting and turning around, and when he wakes up, I hear him sigh in relief and then he hugs onto me.
He was having nightmares nearly every night now and I can't help think that it is my fault. I try and use the force to get into his head to see what's going on but something is stopping me from using my powers. I'm going to have to go to Master Luke about this, it's starting to become annoying.
I throw the covers off on myself and make my way out of Kylo's bedroom and towards the bathroom to have a shower. On the way, I quickly nip in past my bedroom and grab my robe. I go into the shower, but don't lock the bathroom door. I switch on the water and step into the water spraying down, at first it's quite cold but then it gets warmer. I rub some soap into my hair so it's all bubbly then use my fingers to wash it out with the water.
I hear the door of the bathroom open and look over to see that it is Kylo coming into the bathroom and starting to take off his clothes. 'Mind if I join you?' He asks. 'No, not at all' I say as he threw the remainder of his clothes off and stepped into the shower with her.
'Where did you go?' I ask him as he rubs soap into his hair. 'I just went out for a walk to clear me head, that's all' he told me and kissed me head. 'Oh alright, are you okay? You haven't really been yourself lately' I tell him. 'I'm fine, honest' he told me and washed all the bubbles out of his hair.
'Are you sure?' She asked again and put her hand on his back, he was facing away from her. 'I said I am fine damnit!' He shouted at her causing her to flinch back a bit. She took her hand off his back and didn't speak to him or say anything for the rest of their shower.
Once they were both done, Rey threw on her robe and left the bathroom in a hurry and went into her room. She sat on her bed and sighed, what was bothering him so much?
She looked in the mirror and realised that she hadn't taken her necklace off from him at all yet and it might get damaged if she wears it's all the time. She reached her hands behind her neck to try to unhook it but ended up getting burnt by the chain.
She flinched and looked at her fingers which had gone really red. Something wasn't right about this necklace, they don't usually burn when you try to take them off. Something was definitely going on here, what was Kylo doing?

Thank you for reading! First update of December and also 11 days until the last Jedi! Though I have to go into see it on the 16th because my friend can't go in to see it on the Thursday or Friday because of her job😒
