Affair.

Chapter 1

*Sophie's POV*

"The first day of college and I'm already late, how does that keep happening?" I said to myself and tried my best to get on the fourth floor as fast as I can. 

I knocked on the door and after a few seconds, they opened.

"Hello." Said the man that opened the door and smiled at me. He had dark blonde hair, a beard, green eyes and was wearing a blue short-sleeved shirt with black jeans. He looked to be in his mid-forties. His friendly looking face made me feel like I could trust this man just from looking at him.

"Sorry, I'm late." I said nervously, as the man stood in the way, but then he moved and let me into the classroom. It was full, and the only free chair was next to some two guys.

"Late? Noo, we're just early." Said the voice behind my back, as I sat on the chair. A few people chuckled. "So as I was saying, I will be your personal tutor for this year. For people who were late," he glanced at me "my name is Daniel Haysworth. I will be teaching you the basics, like Photoshop and Microsoft Office." As I started to draw in my notebook, I wished I picked something different than Computing and Science. I just thought they will be easy, but I'm probably going to regret my choice a lot throughout this year.

"That's nice." I heard and turned my head to the right. "I'm Ethan." Said the guy that was sitting next to me. He had brown hair and dark eyes, and I need to say he was pretty handsome. He had a black jacket with a t-shirt of the same colour underneath it and black, ripped jeans. "I'm Sophie, nice to meet you." I smiled at him and he nodded doing the same thing. I continued to draw. "You're talented." Said Ethan looking at the piece of paper with a drawing of a girl who had a crown on. I thanked him and took a quick look at the front of the classroom, where Mr Haysworth was talking. "... So if any of you will have any issues whatsoever, come to me."

For the rest of the lesson, I was talking with Ethan and drawing. I started leaving the classroom with Ethan when the lesson ended. "Could you stay for a minute?" I heard behind my back. I turned around and started walking towards the teacher, sitting in front of the computer. "What's your name?" He asked and I quietly replied "Sophie."

"Don't be scared, I just didn't mark you for the register, because you were late. You can go now." He smiled and I left the classroom to join Ethan and some girl. "Sophie, this is Hayley." He said and the girl hugged me without hesitation, which I found kind of strange since I'm not someone who hugs random people. "We're gonna be besties!!!" she shrieked letting me out of her arms. 

"Forgive her, she's one of those people who get very excited about small things." Ethan laughed. We went to the reception to ask about my timetable. After waiting 5 minutes they gave me a piece of paper with all the information on it regarding my lessons. "Oh my God, we have most of the classes together!!" Ethan squawked.  We laughed and went to our next lesson which was Science. We had it with Hayley so the three of us sat next to each other.

I can say now, I regret picking Science so much... The whole lesson felt like it went on for 10 hours. Mrs Ramirez, the science teacher, moved Ethan, Hayley and me because apparently, we were disturbing her good energy. After the lesson, we went to the canteen to eat something. I sat next to Ethan and Hayley was opposite us. As we were eating I glanced over to see Mr Haysworth with I guess another teacher talking and laughing next to the coffee machine. The other teacher was really handsome, and although I can't say bad things about Mr Haysworth, the other guy was really hot. He had a dark blue long-sleeved shirt with black jeans and appeared to be in his late twenties or early thirties. He had black hair and light facial hair.

"You okay?" I heard Ethan's voice and quickly took my eyes off the other teacher. "Hm? Yeah." I guess my answer didn't satisfy either Hayley or Ethan as they looked to the place where I was looking, but no one was there anymore. "Weeeird..." Said Hayley and we continued to talk.
