Been to long to remember, or was it just yesterday

Since I've seen your face, bright and joyous I Pray

In a whole new time, across mountains and plains

From sea to shining sea, my love remains the same

And when your gone, to save the world, I wait for your return

Undying for our free land, stop those who wish to see it burn

My Soldier Boy, so strong and tall, and so far away from me

You are my one and only, and I will wait by the Western Sea
