Jump on a trampoline for 30 minutes straight (or how long you can)!
This one is self explanatory, but if you don't have a trampoline, you can use a friend's! This one is preferably for summer and spring, as trampolines are not that great in fall and winter.
WARNING: Do not go on trampolines in winter and preferably not fall! You may be freezing, it'll be slippery, and if you fall you'll hurt yourself! This one is mostly for the spring and summer months! Stay safe and have fun!
