Record how many days it is snowing/it takes for the snow to melt/etc.
For example, if your town has snow, see how long it takes for the snow to melt. You can record this in a book or you can just set a stopwatch timer. If your town has snow a lot, record the record of how many days your town has snow. Then compare it with any 'world records'. If your town doesn't get snow normally, record in December and January how many times it snows. Have fun with this, and don't overthink it!
