I watch as Y/N gets wheeled away from me. I sit in the waiting room, my foot tapping impatiently. What felt like an eternity I'm called into room 105. I rush into it and see Y/N holding two beautiful babies. I smile and she hands me the girl. I hold her and smile as her eyes open. "She has your smile." Y/N says. "Names?" I ask. "Eren and Noah." She says. I smile and nod. "Hey Eren." I say smiling at my beautiful baby girl. "There adorable, they can't grow up." Y/N says. I nod and rock Eren. My beautiful twins were here...and they weren't going.
