"If you wanted to ask me out on a date Dowoon you could've been more confident about it." Younghyun smirked at Dowoon who only stared at him with a blank face. 

"Shut up." Dowoon looked away and picked up the small menu. Younghyun was being cheap and wanted Dowoon to pay for him. "For the millionth time I am not paying for you. If that were the case Sungjin should be the one paying." Dowoon didn't look at the males.

This morning Sungjin shot a message to the group chat asking if anyone wanted to get lunch and thankfully everyone was up for it. Well, except for Junhyeok who had other obligations to attend to.

"What a romantic guy." Younghyun commented looking through the menu trying to find something good to eat. "What's this? Spicy...chili peppers?" Younghyun looked up at the waitress that approached them about to take their order. "What's is that?" 

"Oh..- the spicy chili pepper is the hottest pepper we have right now. Most people can barely stomach it just by itself but it tastes delicious as an added spice." She explained causing his lips to turn upwards into a smirk. 

"I'd like to order it." Younghyun immediately said. "And put it under his tab okay?" He whispered the last part.

"Sure!" The waitress then turned towards the others asking them what they would all like to drink and if they were ready to order. They all decided that they should all order a big serving of one dish they wanted and have a potluck. The waitress turned towards Younghyun and said she would bring out his peppers with his drinks.

"Are you crazy?" Jaehyung asked eyeing the small plate of green peppers with a little mix of yellow and red in them. "That looks like a super pepper." The waitress giggled as she served them all their drinks, which consisted of water and lemonade.

"Just a bit. Come on guys don't be babies." Younghyun teased picking up one eyeing it. "While we wait for our meat to cook lets play a game. For every pepper you eat I'll give you 10,000 won." Younghyun had some money saved up from his competitions. "Whose up for the challenge?" 

"I'll do it. I'll eat all of them." Dowoon stared at the plate of five hot peppers. "I'm trying to save up money." Dowoon had busked a few times and had money saved back for that. Dowoon didn't know what he wanted to do in the future, but music was a big part of his life. He always said if he was dirt poor on the side of the road as long as he had music he would be happy.

"I'll contribute 20,000 for every pepper." Jaehyung leaned over smirking at the scene. 

"Okay rich boy." Younghyun teased taking out his phone so he could record this iconic moment. "Let's go. Eat all of them tough guy."

Dowoon popped it into his mouth without thinking and took one bite into the pepper before stopping. It wasn't as spicy as he thought it would be so he quickly finished one and moved onto the next. 

Then...it hit. 

The burning sensation went from the back of his throat through his mouth until he felt as if his lips were numb. As he sat there the burning sensation only got worse and closed his eyes as they became filled with tears.
